Since I have so many Sueves, I let the original Helena go as I like how Crysta turned out more. So now Crysta is Helena ^o^ It was hard to let even one of them go though! Sueve and Tuff are such lovely sculpts.

A quick look at what I'm working on for the fantasy gacha carnival. The little glowy bits are shown with 50% transparency on the left and 100% on the right. You'll also be able to tint them and adjust the glow settings through a HUD if all goes well with the scripting *crossing fingers*

Update : Because of SL changing the face numbers on the mesh when they're uploaded the scripts I had planned to use don't work :'(. Retexture, resize, and shine can still be controlled through a menu. Glow, transparency, and tinting will have to be done by hand. They are modify and I'm happy to trade you a copy version for your transfer version if requested so hopefully this won't be a problem!

Quick robot sketches on the Drawing Your Life sketch book :)

Managed a quick stop on the way down Winnats Pass!!

66(s)miles out yesterday afternoon on Himmy..

From Sheffield, A57 past Ladybower onto and along Snake Pass.

Down to Glossop turning left to head for Chapel-en-le-Frith. Slight detour to explore a couple of side roads along there.

Starbucks at Chapel for my cappuccino, chatted to another biker..

Then from Chapel headed along Sheffield Road and Rushup Edge to the back of Mam Tor, overlooking Edale and then Winnats, then double backed to go down Winnats, through the back of Castleton and around the two quarries dropping down to Brough and then Hathersage. Out of Hathersage and up to Millstone and Fox House, from Fox House onto the off road section called Houndkirk Road (Approx 3miles long!) which drops you down to the Norfolk Arms at Ringinglow.. Down from there across Mayfield Valley and back into Sheffield and home.! Very nice little run out indeed!

With a teency amount of exposed thigh.

I've had a beastly cold all week, and have been eating mostly soup and other liquid things — I've lost at least a kilo— but I'm starting to get over it and today I wanted something quick, easy, and nourishing.

Sardines on toast popped into my mind, and I did this.

Toast a nice slice of bread of your choice (I used Wholemeal Grain, but any good bread would do — sourdough, any kind of tasty bread), and lay out the sardines of a small tin in olive oil (without the oil) onto it.

Make a sauce of your liking — I used a tsp of Dijon mustard, a tsp of mayo, a finely diced thumb-sized piece of dill pickle (you need some acid here, I suppose only lemon or lime juice would do), with the oil from the tin of sardines and some seasoning (salt & pepper), all stirred up together.

Ladle the sauce over the sardines and top with finely sliced green onion.

I found I needed some more acid, and used a bit of home-made pepper vinegar, but lemon or lime juice would also do nicely, I suppose.

Also, since it's a bit of a cool winter day here, I warmed the lot in a microwave, but in the summer, it should do nicely cool...

Quick zoom in on couple sitting by the old boathouse, not too sharp as I was at full zoom, being a good bit away, and the light was fading fast, but worth a quick click.

This is my first try at a bodice block for Pulkidoll's "generation 1" body. I can't wait to try it on her!

The measurements to the right are of the original master, so the cast dolls could possibly turn out a little smaller. But I couldn't wait, so I went ahead and made a quick pattern with these initial measurements (from Samantha!). If it doesn't fit, I'll adjust and post another. =D

Anyone else getting her?

Rather like The Queen, the KC-135 seems to have been omnipresent during my life.

And the '135 too, has performed many roles, the premier one being as an air-to-air tanker. But a dedicated fleet had to be operated to carry the JP-7 fuel required for the Lockheed SR-71, and these were designated KC-135Q.

91504 was one of 56 so converted and was one of several that later became KC-135Ts with the fitting of modern engines.

I had to some shopping and it had been sooo long since I went out dressed, so I quickly put this outfit together. The warm temperatures demanded I wear sheer pantyhose vs my usual opaque tights. It was so much of a thrill… didn’t want to leave the store!

Mistress Quickly, last year's Baby is having a tough time.

You'll know the fundamentals of making babies so let's not review those principles and go straight to magpie specifics. Gośka spent about three weeks, give or take a day, to incubate her egg. For that time Baby, as she was then, lost her Mum. Her only company was her father, Colin — he had earlier chased away her sibling from a previous clutch.

Once that egg hatched it takes the whole family about four more weeks of feeding, feeding, and more feeding until the hatchling becomes a fledgling. Because Baby was hanging out with Colin, they would both drop by together to collect food: some for themselves, some for the hatchling. Only now Colin changed! Now if last year's Baby wanted to eat, he'd deal roughly with her. Soon she learned the drill and began flying sortie after sortie under the aerial threat of the ravens who'd been attracted by the scraps of slovenly workman, and have failed to leave. This is not helped by someone somewhere nearby who recklessly put out bulk amounts of bread, buns and the like — unsuitable food, bad for birds, and a vermin attractants. I know this because ravens are dumping this stuff in my birdbaths! It's even come to attract Goblin Birds! Her tactical manoeuvres and flying prowess are how she's gone from Baby to Mistress Quickly!

After seven weeks of this business, Gośka is ragged and thin. But now poor little Mistress Quickly has to keep up the lead in Baby minding and feeding! She's just a kid herself. Sure, she's practicing picking up nesting materials as her mother did. She has gone through one moult, but still has juvenile feathers, juvenile stature and a lot of growing up to do. I can still pick out her voice among the magpie calls because it is still so immature. About the most obvious thing different about her is that her previously dark bill is getting the pale base of an adult bird.

I think she's still copping some harsh treatment. See that feather out of place on her left wing? That didn't do that itself. There's little wonder that she'll think this is how you train Baby. It's just a matter of time and she'll give guidance to Baby in like fashion. It's the magpie cycle of life.

I only got one pic and she flew away....but I've been without any butterfly pics all summer so I wanted to post it anyway.

It is a mask collection. These are half masks covering the bottom from the eyes. It is very tight and it fits perfectly on the face. It is good that desorption can be done quickly and good visibility is good.

Quick video clip of the singer.

So I hedged my bets, and today it turns out they had a boy! So I'll have to go back and make another in blue- but that's OK, b/c this is a quick last minute card.

MY TIP #1 draw on faux stitching to add interest without the time of using the sewing machine.

MY TIP #2 ink edges of card to give the visual impression of an extra layer- super quick and easy!

"A Quick Nap" by Walter Henry Williams, circa 1952.

Opened in 1829 as part of a controversial movement to change the behavior of inmates through "confinement in solitude with labor," Eastern State Penitentiary quickly became one of the most expensive and most copied buildings in the young United States. It is estimated that more than 300 prisons worldwide are based on the Penitentiary's wagon-wheel, or "radial" floor plan. ~ www.easternstate.org/learn/timeline
