Took a break from working and did a quick photoshoot since it's been a while. So much fun! Happy Twosday everyone! (Tuesday 2-2-22)
Quick photo shoot to be used in Magazine article. Close up angle of the front hood area with Carbon Fiber application.
Random puddle reflection shot in Amsterdam. Taken with my HTC Desire using the Camera360 Android app. No editing or magic tricks besides whatever that app did to the picture, no Photoshop :)
I've bitched and complained about this already a lot in the last 3 months, I am currently working 5 instead of my usual 4 days, and this is taking away all the time I usually reserve for shooting pictures and movies, so I have to improvise and take any chance I get to be able to create some photos on my way to the office, or the supermarket, or wherever it is I'm going. This is no fun, and the quality and quantity of my creative output is diminishing on a daily basis, something I don't appreciate and that I intend to reverse as soon as possible. Until then, these quick snap shots will have to do, I hope you're not too upset that you're having to look at these not-so-wicked reflections, lol :D
'Like' me on Facebook :)
A bit of visual fun. Just waiting for the right moment. Someone to walk past texting on their phone. Didn’t have to wait long. A recent study showed that people check their phones on average once every twelve minutes. The sign behind her is the Next logo but I had the idea to use it in a different way. Goodness knows where these ideas come from. I just ‘see it’.
Have not painted for a while, because of my neck pain. People joke about pain in the neck. Now I really understand what that feels :- ) hahaha
This is a quick impression, 30 min.
Now I feel better.
quick sketchup for an engine I've been dreaming to build. I normally don't tend to do hand drawings of my planned engines, but right now I have no other way to do it.
Not sure if this works, but it shows hoe I intend to make the tender curve-friendly :)
the middle wheel will move sideways and connected to the outer wheels, they will be turned
anyone able to guess the engine? :)

Review #17 (Citizenbrick Nam figure)
Hey guys this is going to be a quick easy review. Due to some family problems I had to postpone my review yesterday and I quite frankly don’t have a lot of time on my hands during my break so let’s get started! WOW this is a great fig and it is extremely detailed! This figure is especially god because if you switch him up a bit he can be used for different Mocs for example the fig can also pass as a WWII Marine and if you use his lower body on an Indiana Jones Russian torso it looks pretty sweet! Especially with will’s Nam phase going on this Nam fig can be a big bonus to pick up and make a moc with! The only down fall I feel this Fig has is the fact that the inside of the legs don’t continue on with the boot if that makes any sense to you guys. But honestly that’s such a small error and I don’t blame citizenbrick what so ever because I assume it’s very hard to get the printing on in general. Now this fig comes with a BrickArms M16 which was the standard American rifle used in Vietnam so it makes sense. The M16 is the production one which I think is much better than the proto one just because of the fact that its sharper looking and shinier than the proto. But yea guys that’s really it. I would do historical facts about Nam in general but as I said iv’e got a big family problem going on so I have to keep it short and to the point.
I hoped you enjoyed my thoughts on the Figure! I love citizenbricks stuff and hope to see more figs in the future!
Thanks for toning in to my review and have a great day!

A lunch-cum-evening snack.
While taking shots of it .. I simple couldn't resist and took a huge byte (bite, sp? This is what software engineering can do to you ;))
And yes I love black pepper ... loads of it on everything :)
Quick sketch of a Chinese Junk, found mostly along Hong Kong. Missing this place and looking forward with excitement to visiting HK soon.....
I was hoping to quickly knock off the peak of Qixing Shan (Mount Qixing) before it got dark, as I'd already walked most of the trail and knew I might never return here. Tigger however, inspite of being told to leave with my wife, had thrown a barking fit and chased after me, and now at nearly 12 years old was staggering up the trail after me. I tried to make her stay while I rushed to the top and back, but she's a stubborn bugger and kept creeping up afterr me. Finally, thinking of her legs on the next day, i had to call it off and nurse her back down to the carpark.

Lee Marvin (February 19, 1924 – August 29, 1987), a well known film actor, best known for his his tough-guy roles in such movies as , The Dirty Dozen, The Man Who Shot Liberty Valance, and Sergeant Riker. Marvin won an Oscar from his dual role as a drunken gunfighter and his evil, noseless twin brother in the western comedy, Cat Ballou in 1965. Named after Robert E. Lee, his cousin four times removed, he served with the Marine Corps during World War II in the Pacific and was awarded a Purple Heart for a wound that he received there.
Arlington National Cemetery, a military cemetery directly across the Potomac from Washington, D.c., was established during the Civil War on the grounds of the Arlington House, formerly the estate of the family of Robert E. Lee's wife Mary Anna (Custis) Lee, a descendant of Martha Washington. By 1864, the military cemeteries of Washington and Alexandria were filled with Union dead. After Quartermaster General Montgomery C. Meigs quickly selected Arlington as a replacement, in part to prevent the Lee's from ever returning, the government confiscated the land claiming unpaid property taxes. Today, more than 300,000 people, including veterans and military casualties from every one of the nation's wars, are interred in the 624-acre cemetery administered by the Department of the Navy.
The recent winter grime coupled, with a countryside drive to a birthday party in a rural location, had resulted in the car becoming very dirty.
When dry the car took on a light tan colour - the colour of the soil in the North East Leicestershire.
I had to spray down the drive as a lot of mud came out of the arches.
At some point the future it would be nice to have a new drive. This one is the original from the 1930's. Simply large concrete slabs on soil.
Note the classic car parked in the driveway on the other side of the road.
I created this time lapse using my Apple iPhone. If only all car washes were this quick...
