Shrewsbury

February 2015

Due to the WGA and SAG-AFTRA strikes, there was NO TALENT available for this event--not even an emcee. The program simply started and ended, with no actors or show-runners to answer fan questions. A sad, but necessary sacrifice until studio executives realize that writers and actors (whose work is being threatened by AI and cheated by streaming revenue) deserve more than half-hearted promises or short-term raises while non-creative execs take home hundreds of millions a year.

This wasn't taken today but I subscribe in the Quantum Leap String Theory of time and hence in fact last week is touching today and I can leap from one to the other striving to put right what once went wrong...
