Still in Elora, a few things caught my eye in this scene - I liked the color transition of the creeper, juxtaposed on the difference in textures between the shingles and stone foundation, and then the blue pushpin, which I didn't see until I had the picture up on my computer.

Our recently completed model that is representative of river push tugs. This was its first sea trials, more finishing work to be done.
Pumped up stormie a bit, still somewhat out of scale, but it's acceptable now. Also gave him a more detailed, if inaccurate, helmet.
Pole? What pole? Ah, that. That's no pole. That's... umm... booze! Yeah, that's right, booze. Stormies' booze bottle broke from impact! :D

This inland freighter under the flag of Netherlands is 135 meters long and of 11 meters width. At the moment of publishing she is stopped at her destination in Zuid Hollandsch Diep near Moerdijk.
Olympus E-M1 orig, Olympus M.75-300mm f/4.8-6.7ii half-way zoomed in at 156 mm (312 mm in full-frame terms). Overexposed ⅔ of a stop. Handheld with support. Shutter speed priority 1/640 of a sec resulting in f/5.7 at ISO 4000. AWB. Sooc jpeg edited in Photos 10.0. Uncompressed, cropped to 16×10 format.

This fellow, who was in a wheelchair and being pushed by another fellow, looked at us with our cameras, so I asked if we could take his photo. He immediately answered, "Yes," and smiled. The fellow pushing him almost at the same time said no, but when he heard that the fellow did want his photo taken, he stepped back.
This was one of his serious poses.
I like your usual clean pace shot of a locomotive flying down the rails at 50-60mph, but something about nailing one as they race through the woods is all the more better to me. Here we see CSX Q605 flying south through the trees in Canoe, Alabama.

In push pull mode,33113 passes under Battledown flyover on 08/April/1989 with a Salisbury to Waterloo service
A surprise visitor to Preston today was LSLs retro Push & Pull set headed by 47712 undertaking a couple of test runs prior to a tour of Scotland which will include a couple of runs on its old stamping ground on the E&G route.
It was noted however that the DBSO has a noticeable wheel flat so hopefully that won't spoil things.
