"Puppet in Need" is performed by Tabitha Fitzsimmons; she was featured in "The Boston Globe" in July 13, 2012, in an article by Stephanie Steinberg, "Hot work and long hours, but human statue makes cool cash"
This particular performance occurred on Newbury St, Boston, MA, USA
One of our classic programs is going to be traveling elsewhere next year, but this year the kids loved Nitsana Lazarus' Traveling Puppets show!
At the staff retreat, one team did a puppet show that included this representation of me - complete with argyle sweater vest.
This picture is from a session I did at CopyCamp on using puppets as a role playing aid. I wanted to mix a video but we got a little crazy and didn't make a whole lot of sence. So I grabbed stills from the video.

This was the stage setting for the Anne Frank story that was performed entirely with puppets. Unfortunately, they did not allow photography during the performance. Through the veil you can see the house where most of the action took place...it was basically a huge doll house that opened up and rotated during the different scenes....

this one is about a girl who loves a guy, but he may not love her. the puppets can get loose by buttons on the back of their hands.
Puppet Show by www.fantasypuppet.org/ (奇想偶戲劇團)

This is from one of the first rooms you enter in the center...it is a huge room filled from top to bottom with puppets of all sorts. The room is dead silent, except for the sound of a random puppet moving...different puppets at different intervals...sometimes you don't see which puppet has moved, the only clue being a moving limb or noticing that one puppet has moved from one position to another. The effect is very very creepy!

Playing puppets in the shopping mall.
The kids liked the movement and sound, I just liked the colors!
Huge puppets outside The World of Kids. From a collection of photographs taken at the sell-out 2014 WOMAD (World of Music, Arts and Dance)
festival at CharltonPark near Malmesbury, Wiltshire. 2014 ranks as the best so far for us
- great music, quality food and fine weather. We decided not to lug our heavy camera kit around
this year so these were all taken on a compact (G15/16). See www.WOMAD.co.uk for more informaiton
about this wonderful annual festival.
