CCCP Assignment # 12 - Puppets
This is Plan B, plan A was to do a Puppet Show out of all CCCP members .. but hey this worked out too ;)
Indian puppets at the Laxmi Vilas Palace Hotel, a maharaja palace cum hotel in Bharatpur, Rajasthan, India.
He may look like a puppet but I suspect that at night when the store keepers are away he plays, and plays and plays......
Size 3. Made with cheapo Spotlight chambray (except I realised that 'cheapo' doesn't translate well - it cost $13/m, which is more than designer fabric in the US) and Liberty bias trim.

VanLear is the Artistic Director of Community Arts for the Cleveland Museum of Art. She is also director of Parade the Circle, an annual parade held at University Circle in Cleveland, Ohio.
Cirque de Afrique was made for the 2015 Parade the Circle.
in one of my friend's hometown Quanzhou we visited this puppet maker, making traditional Chinese puppets that look like Chinese opera stars.

Wednesday is puppets day at church, the kids love puppets and the decision over which puppet to chose is always difficult for Miss Melon - though for Boo it is always puppet Bob right at the front!
