Five girls were trying to set up this pup tent. Thank God for seasoned veterans!

Mayday was rescued from a breeder who used her until it was no longer profitable. This poor dog had a serious eye injury that required veterinary care (but that wasn't cost effective for a breeder) and she was so weakened by her poor diet that she was unable to feed her pups. And that proved to be her ticket out of her miserable existence.

Mayday is a gentle dog with a forgiving nature. She doesn't expect much but is always grateful for kind touches. Mayday is also about 90% def. She will need a new family with time and patience to train her and teach her how to be an indoor dog. Great Dane experience or experience with a def dog would be a great plus for Mayday, as we wouldn't call this sweet girl a "starter dog."
