Can you see the dot on his head? This is one very happy fellow with that tail waving all of the time.
A sea otter pup, likely only a couple days old was received at the Alaska SeaLife Center, a facility that not only consists of education aquariums but a marine animal rehabilitation program. Henry, now 12.5 weeks old - getting so big! Out on Eel Brook Common today in Parsons Green, in between Olympics events! A bit blurred, but so cute (with his seal pup look).

Did you know Coyotes are self regulating? In other words they will have only as many pups as the area, or their chosen habitat can handle. They can have up to 12 pups.

another encounter with a seal pup while undertaking a WeBS count on Strangford Lough. This one was asleep woke up, looked at me, rolled over and went back to sleep, snoring loudly!!

The boys both love to roll in the mud and ick, and anything that smells disgusting is a prime candidate for a good back-rolling. Unfortunately, I can't send them home for a shower. But they're so cute and happy when they're filthy.
Roland and Trekkie live at the Conservators' Center in Mebane, NC. They were taken in after their mom had too many pups to raise, and refused to feed them. They're about 4 months old here, and they're the sweetest pups ever. (See the rest of the set for baby pictures!)
Sopwith Pup
The Museum’s Sopwith Pup is a reproduction built by Museum volunteers at Gillespie Field and completed in 2003. The Pup is exhibited in the without its fabric skin, so guests can see the complex structure and craftsmanship that went into the original aircraft.

He is just 5 weeks old and is just at
8 lbs. already !! Going to be one big Basset !! Biggest pup in the litter
Princess X Taz pups are living the good life. They will be 3 weeks old tomorrow so I moved them into the puppy crate. They have already starting to eat the goat re-placer. I will continue putting Princess in with them so they can nurse 2 times a day for 2 more weeks. At week 5 I will let them nurse Princess only one time oer day for 3 days then wean them.
