On the outskirts of the delightful village of Rickford which lies in a small pretty valley below Burrington Coombe.
Village pump at Dunton, Buckinghamshire. The plaque records that it was restored to commemorate the Queen's Silver Jubilee in 1977. 30th November 2017.
Came across this gang of old gas pumps in the backyard of a friend of a friend's place. Does this qualify as an "urban sketch?" hmmmmmm.
Here's a close-up of my tiger print pumps. It was hard to get them in focus and the photo is not fully sharp on the subject, but you still can see my cool new shoes up close pretty well. Also, the idea of a pumps close-up is completely new for me and it's nice to be creative with photography and try such things out.

Do you like the view?

Gothic Victorian pump house designed by Col. W.E. Cutshaw and built in 1883 in Richmond, Virginia.
Built in the 1890s, this was a major piece of infrastructure for Melbourne until the late 1960s. This large station is grand and very Victorian in scale a design - it pumped sewage out of the city towards the west.
This morning's rideout took me past Papplewick Pumping Station, a restored and magnificent working steam pumping house, only a couple of miles from home. As is the norm, these days, I had the DJI Mini 2 (drone) in my backpack so decided to catch a few shots whilst the sun was out.
