This is the last one from the sunrise last sunday using the puddle to get some great reflections.

Kahn enjoying a puddle

A beautiful softly coloured sunset sky tonight gave the clouds a lovely tinge and these were reflected in a puddle of water along the shoreline of the lake.

I was unsure as to whether or not this was worth being edited but I enjoy the blue and yellow complementary colours reflecting in the puddle 😊

Shot on the side of a loch in Argyll. A large pond seemingly in the middle of nowhere accross from a field on a lush (but drab) summers day.

so many times I went out last year to search a motive and found nothing more than a big puddle

Far from being a puddle, I can assure you. Actually, it's a lake ... part of a group of four all connected by short streams .... Bottle Pond, Padille Pond, Puddle Pond, and Portage Lake. It's quite deep in places and holds some really nice trout. Haven't fished it for a couple of years, though. You need a boat to fish it properly but it's kind of hard to get one to it now, since a bridge on an access road off a logging road is in a state of disrepair. Besides that, I have all the fishing I can handle with Atlantic salmon in Labrador and here on the island. It sure was pretty on this day, though!

This is a photo of a puddle of rainwater on a flat surface of concrete. The curving shape reminds me of an Alexander Calder mobile.

I rotated to give the real effect. To me looks like night sky loaded with stars.
