This American goldfinch found an inviting puddle on a walking path at McKee-Beshers Wildlife Management Area in Poolesville, Maryland.

It would be remiss of me to have a week of taking reflection shots and not include a puddle reflection. The English weather obliged today and so I quickly went out and snapped a shot!

Some shot from a while ago ... I've not done much city or landscape photography these last months, but I still had a few images waiting for upload ;-) Take care, my friends !

On a very rainy day, a moment broke allowing a photo from under the canopy of my SUV trunk. The various patterns and subtle changes in color, made an interesting journey for the eyes as they meander through the image.

After all the recent rain there are a lot of puddles in the unmade Ridgeway Road. After ten years I am used to driving along that road, 5mph max!
