Bread pudding pancake with rum raisin syrup.
Toast on Market has 3 kinds of speciality pancakes yet they don't offer a pancake variety platter. Since it was my birthday I ordered one each of the three speciality pancakes ala carte and made my own pancake variety platter. It was awesome.

Home made fruit cocktail pudding (^o^).
Base layered with custard pudding and jelly on top.. Filling with fruits in between the layers..*slurp*

Had a craving for pudding and found this recipe on epicurious.com
It's delicious.
Butterscotch Pudding
•½ cup packed brown sugar
•2 Tbsp plus 2 tsp cornstarch
•1 ½ cups whole milk
•½ cup heavy cream
•2 Tbsp unsalted butter, cut into bits
•1 tsp vanilla extract
Whisk together sugar, cornstarch, and ¼ tsp salt in a heavy medium saucepan, then whisk in milk and cream. Bring to a boil over medium heat, whisking frequently, then boil, whisking, 1 minute. Remove from heat and whisk in butter and vanilla. Pour into a bowl, and cover surface with buttered wax paper and chill until cold, at least 1 ½- 2 hrs.

Unlike the other cake, this pudding doesn't have much to do with the one on the illustration. And it's not that yummy anyway.
