i was depressed for the whole day this day mostly because i lost my favorite ring. thanks my friend and pudding for uplifting my mood :) ... and i finally found the ring!!
My Mother makes the best Southern Banana Pudding you could ever put in your mouth. This is not the instant pudding type either. The pudding is cooked.

I remember Jacky and Susette from my childhood. The blue Jacky is my favorite at the moment. It's milk chocolate. The black one is licorice flavored caramel pudding. Kidius is quite a new brand, I think. They are ok, too.

I had made these vegan chocolate chip cookies the other day...well, I made them into a cookie cake instead of just normal cookies and it just didn't work out too well. they tasted ok, but they weren't great and they definitely weren't good enough to share with anyone (too oily, of all things). So I threw the whole thing into the food processor with a little brown sugar and tapioca flower and pulsed until I had crumbs.
Then I pressed it into a pie pan and baked on 350 for 10minutes.
This morning I figured out what I can do with the pie crust! Pudding!!!
2 packages of sugar free pudding: the bottom layer is white chocolate pudding and the top is chocolate. The cookie crust is made with a bunch of almond flower so it's kind of nutty. it is so delicious I could just eat the whole thing, but that'd be bad...
My mum's pudding almost never turns out as well-shaped as this; but it always tastes fantastic (it also contains no dried peel, because of my great(-great?)-grandfather).

i made a bread pudding with sweet bread i found in the freezer! i added dark chocolate chips as well. turned out good.
