A Mazda LMP (Le Mans Prototype) car.
A few friends and I attended an American Le Mans Series race held at Lime Rock Park in Lakeville, Connecticut. It was really hot that day, but we managed to find some shady seating area to beat the heat. In addition to the race, businesses and vendors had plenty of booths setup, selling everything from toys to racing school lessons. It was an exciting day, where we got to see the race cars and a lot of really nice visitor cars, as well.

Hand cut prototype for a regional project. We had cutouts made for all of the PNW Whole Foods Market® stores.
A few weeks ago, I put in a drunken bid for who I thought was a Nike. This was 3am. When I woke up and sobered up some, I thought she's missing her freckles and Nike doesn't have curly hair. I re-read the auction description that said that she was a prototype that the seller had gotten from the 1st Blythe exhibition.
I am soooo stoked that she's finally here. I have loved Cybermelli's Kismet for the longest time and I cannot believe that I have found a girl that looks just like her.
I am naming her Rae, cos she's just like a ray of beautiful light.
This model is a prototype gear box for a model I'm building. Remember it's just a prototype. Most likely it will be modified and recolored. A definite change is the 1x6 LBG brick. That will be black.
There are a number of added features associated with the CNC prototyping – mainly to endow engineers and designers with distinct advantage of exploring and realizing concept more quickly.

I created a series of quick mock-ups of possible forms for the pockets.
Combined some of the forms to give the square form a resolution point for the bottom reservoir. The circles are cut out to let additional light from the window through to the room. I like this aesthetic the best, and it let's the water flow from one pocket to the next. Main issue is the reservoir connection.
Things I need to consider for each form:
1) how does it attach to the top
2) how does it attach at the bottom
3) will the water flow into the funnel reservoir (not shown yet)
4) where do the pockets connect to one another (generally push pins represent point of connection via snaps)
5) how will the water flow from one pocket to the next
6) how much sunlight will be allowed through to light the room
7) how big will the pocket itself be
8) how do seems and stitches affect the flow of water
9) how do lights attach (via snaps)
