When I am not chasing trains I actually work on my own art.

Playroom from doorway. The thing on the right side of the pic is duct work that was hanging from the ceiling.

Took pictures of the inside of the house after our meeting at the house at 8:30 am on 1/8 to decide where the phone jacks and cable outlets go.

The portable screen works very well.

Here is a little better shot in direct sunlight. I am going to play around with adding a campfire.

The last of the old undeveloped docks at Melbourne docklands are gradually decaying.

Bolte Bridge stands in the background. I really like it's towering concrete pillars. Purely decorative, but impressive none the less.

Don't disturb unless there's food

All of the over-wintered plants (begonias and coleus) are outside and putting up new growth. The petunias and verebena in the front boxes are coming along, and last year's caladium tubers are putting up leaves in the corner round planter. In the lower-left corner, the very last of the pansies are sharing a pot with the very last daffodil (which never bloomed). It's just about time to pull it up (along with the very last of the muscari), dry it out, and stick it in a bag for next year.
