Progress stitching the panel 'History of gold mining'.

Part of the Tapestry Trust of NZ project. Stitched by the Thames Valley Guild.

For my parity product I chose Bic Pens. The problem Bic is facing is a lack of brand awareness in their pen category. I am positioning them to be the simple pen for the hardworking student or office worker. All the extra features and fake luxuries of other pens won't help you finish your task at hand. I want the consumers to feel inspired by reliability and simplicity of Bic pens and their ability to accomplish goals.

Since 1990 Center for Economic Progress (CEP) has been helping hard-working, low-income families in Illinois move from financial uncertainty to financial security. CEP offers free tax preparation at tax sites during tax season and other free tax related financial services year-round.

These services are provided with the essential assistance of donors and volunteers. In 2011 CEP’s Associate Board was established to provide young professionals with an opportunity to give back to their community as well to build their professional network. If you would like to know more about being an active and engaged CEP Associate Board member visit: www.economicprogress.org/node/1032

Progress on my purple-capped mushroom sweater. The chart was from a cool old pamphlet from 1972.

Foundation done and plumbing roughed in. The next step is pea gravel and then pouring the cement slab.

I'll be finishing this one off tomorrow, hope you like him so far!
