Cat-Mai - Mai with the Catwa Magy head - is well on her way to becoming a character your Mai could live with as an avatar (because, though you found her beautiful sweetie, your wife couldn't make a 'habit' of the embryonic Cat-Mai as she looks in those 'Dancing Zen' pictures).
Here Cat-Mai is born again with some modified facial proportions, most noticeably her mouth and lips, which are now literally Golden (ie. PHI = 1:1.618 = 62% on the SL Lip Ratio slider), a move that does give her face a je ne sais quoi in your Mai's eyes and renders her attractive enough now to 'live with' more than just now and then. If you like her, love, I can 'be' Cat-Mai more often.
Cat-Mai is showing off the Analexa small-breasted body, with a slimmer shape than even Slink-Mai used to wear. And she's been given a new LAQ skin (Natasha) which sets off her nose and mouth a bit more than the Camille skin Slink-Mai and MaiChai wear.
Hope you like her and these pics which really got me going on the Black & White and F-S conversions! For some reason they do this particular face more justice than plain colour does - whether that's a good sign I'm not quite sure. ♥X

March of Progress 24“x24” acrylic on wood
On exhibit at Portland International Airport, Concourse A through March 13th, 2011
I've noticed that PNG often mounts their entire cutout and arrester assembly when using chicken wing brackets.
It's been a big month for the RV-10. Both ailerons and both flaps are now complete and the left main wing body is starting to come together. Definitely running out of non-green parts in the wings on this diagram!
Parts shown here in green are complete, yellow are awaiting some final riveting or blending tasks, orange are awaiting primer, and red are works in progress. Uncolored parts haven't yet been worked on.

week 4 already! it's taking shape. yipee!
i think this would make a lovely quilt block by itself, don't you?
remember the panoramic view i did couple weeks back of our church in it's old setting > it's here
this is what it looked like earlier this week from about the same viewing point. the preachers stand is down, the hall empty of chairs and stuff and the organ has been disassembled and stored. the builders have come in and started their demolision all over the place, removing fixtures, floors and ceilings.
(i uploaded a larger images this time for all the pixel peepers (whom will notice the stichting flaws of course!, i need to a) read up on doing this properly without a panoramic head or B) buy a panoramic head (yeah right...))
Nikon D90 - Tokina 12-14 @ 12mm - 7 shot portrait stitch - slight HDR - total weight = 40.4 megapixels
Lily and I were dismayed to see that one of our favourite forest walking paths has been cleared for an industrial park.
Made us both sad. Oh well, more exploring required!

Progress of the eclipse. The first six pictures are spaced roughly ten minutes apart. The last six cover a total period of about 7 minutes. The penultimate one shows the moment of annularity, and the last one is (fairly) close to center.
Round 2 of firepit stuff.
We dug out the grass around the pit to prepare for laying gravel.
I also started to bring plants in towards the pit to make it feel a little more cozy. Hoping to have it all finished next summer!
This is going to be the zombie girl from Dawn of the Dreadfuls book cover art. Temporary hair just to see what it looks like, I have another better dark brown middle part scalp coming for her. Trying to decide between Pure Neemo body and Licca body.
I ALSO UPDATED the lock in the diagram which looks better than the one here! You can get Freehand 11 for diagramming here: ufile.io/ef6be (ver 11 upd included). Anything needed afterwards should be easy to find. Should be done in another 10 steps. YES diagramming tessellations step wise takes time
but it can be done.
windows and dormers were installed a few weeks ago. also glued on some of the newly stained shingles! love this stain colour!!
We use to look out onto open fields at the back of our house, not anymore, progress means we'll be able to look at 600 houses in our back yard.
A bit of progress this winter season 2020. The station and it's yard tracks have been completed. Also solved some annoying bottlenecks in the trackplan, and changed the access and exit tracks of the hidden yard. Decided not to run the trains full automatic DCC (programmed), but 'by hand' only. The points will be DCC automated. Time to make a start with the scenery I suppose.
The first section of roof removed. There was some gooey tar down near the gutter that Scott is working on removing...
The big change since the last one of these I posted is that the left flap is now mostly green. Also, the small amount of yellow remaining on the left fuel tank is now green as well.
Parts shown here in green are complete, yellow are awaiting some final riveting or blending tasks, orange are awaiting primer, and red are works in progress. Uncolored parts haven't yet been worked on.

The S2 Packaging project has been long due an overhaul.
The four leaf clover package is looking a bit tired so we’ve binned it and brought in a new approach to the visualisation of the package.
The pupils are still taught about graphic composition techniques and apart from the planning stages the whole project is realised using digital skills.
As a department we believe that teaching pupils skills in the graphic industry standard software applications is the correct approach. These skills are entirely transferable and the graphic interface will be familiar to them if they choose to progress in the subject through to tertiary level and beyond. Given the results that S2 pupils can now achieve in S2 it is exciting to imagine what they progress to in S5/6.
The concept here is to design the packaging for a new snack product. Basic layout skills are taught and then pupils progress towards realising their ideas in Adobe Illustrator. Vector skills such as typography, basic Bezier path tools, scaling and colour manipulation are taught at this point. At all times pupils must work from their pre-planned thumbnail planning sketches. Upon completion of the front and back panel of the package in Illustrator the artwork is then rotated, cropped, and saved as two jpegs in Photoshop. Two materials are created in Cinema 4D and the bitmap artwork is now added to the texture channel. The materials are then mapped onto a crisp packet mesh that I created in a pre rigged studio environment and rendered as a high resolution file.
As you can see from the pupil photos everyone was pleased with their results! Jay was heard to say, “That was a pretty good lesson.” I think so too.
