Victory Programs' Founder & President Emeritus, Jonathan Scott, retired after 43 years of serving some of the most vulnerable members of the Greater Boston community. During his four decades with Victory Programs, Jonathan oversaw the launch of dozens of innovative programs to address the needs of people in recovery from substance use disorder, people living with HIV/AIDS, and individuals and families facing homelessness.
