When CMF series 15 and 16 came out with the cyborg figs, I thought combining them together with other parts would make a good Tron program.
It's been 63 days since I started the Insanity workout program by Beach Body. It's been one helluva ride!
Normally I wouldn't post pictures of me without a shirt, but this is anything but normal for me. It took a lot for me to share these with you. I'm very self conscience and have always been embarassed by my body. But no mas! ;o)
I busted my ass for the past two months. Worked out every morning at 5am. Watched my daily caloric intake like my life depended on it. Quit drinking alcohol. Cut out all sorts of sweets. In the end, the results were stellar.
I lost a total of 16 lbs. I started at 181.2 and weighed in at 165.2. I've increased my cardiovascular condition to the point where I can actually participate in a 5k run. I've toned up and look better than I have in several years. Overall, I'm just a whole lot healthier.
I'm very proud of how far I've come in a relatively short period of time. It takes patience, persistence, and a true desire to commit to a lifestyle change. But it is worth all of the effort put forth.
So here I am, before my transformation and after training my mind and body to accept the challenges necessary to achieve my personal goals.
Want to know what the secret is?
There isn't any.
Maintain a healthy diet; exercise at a moderate pace to increase your heart rate, 3-4 times per week for a minimum of 30 minutes; be sure to drink 8-10 glasses of water per day; and be sure to get your full night's rest.
Most importantly, you will lose weight if you burn more calories than you take in. This is probably the closest thing to what the "secret" to losing weight is.
It doesn't take a gym membership or fancy workout equipment or expensive DVDs. You just have to want it bad enough.
;o)

The early 393 led me to the start path, chasing through Mechanic Falls, Oxford, Paris and Bryant Pond. Here at Mechanic Falls, you can already see the light starting to draw lower, so the challenge again this time of year is to get some great parting shots but luck was with me today as I had light all the way through Oxford. Seen at the 'Dish' Apartment in downtown Mechanic Falls with a bit of hustle.
This is the cover. The program is in Japanese and is read right to left, so the spine is to the right and one turns the pages by grasping the left edge. The figure on the right is Joan Shepherd, the star of the shows. The headdress of the figure on the left has the top cut off on the cover, I didn't do that in scanning.

A page from the official program of the Second Atlanta Pop Festival,1970. This program was subject to change and it did. Everyone started late and many played at a different time from what was shown here. The music went until the early hours of each morning. I was a big fan of Jethro Tull but he was a no show. The Allman Brothers did start and end the show but I did not get any pictures of them - they were no so famous in my neck of the woods at that time. Jimi Hendrix did play on the fourth of July with a big fireworks show.
This is a contemporary photo of the original tabloid size program printed on newsprint. The 4 photos of the program in this set reflect the complete program except for some advertisements that I did not photograph.

Since 2009 the Film Photography Project has been accepting donations of film and traditional film cameras. These cameras are refurbished by the FPP volunteer staff and circulated to school and student programs in the US at no cost to those organizations.

I was watching a program about art and what it means to the individual? I got to thinking about most my artwork centres around Totnes. Apart from the architecture the whole place as a feel from the sixties/ seventies. This is my interpretation of St Mary’s church in a style fitting my own mood of the town.

This Saturday 10 volunteers organized a workshop to learn programming with the Scratch visual programming software and robotics with the Lego Wedo and Mindstorms kits to kids.
There have been a lot of other sessions for 3 years since we've started to promote this type of workshop.
Thanks to all these people and the organizations that provides knowledge, computers, resources kits and snacks (ADN Ouest, La ruche numérique, La cantine numérique, Devoxx4Kids, Coder Dojo, Coding Gouter, ...., as well as a large number of companies that are sponsors for these events)
HUB is the control vessel of the "Program" faction. Basically it's an advanced rouge AI that can control any advanced enough device by overwriting their main code. One of these ships can control more than hundred different devices at once making it as a top priority target in any conflict. It's especially dangerous because all of the modern military vehicles use electronic assistance and that's why "HUB" can hijack tanks, planes, guided missiles etc.

My sister called me over this morning to the car bonnet (green) and pointed out this beautiful green Moth. I put him in a small container and went to school.
When i got back he was ok, but i gave him some fresh air and some honey. He fed on the honey for a bit whilst i got some photos of him but they weren't as good i knew i could get.
A while later he popped onto my finger and i placed him on the stacking rail. Never before had i done a live insect stack but it was brilliant as he didn't seem to move very much, only slightly to clean some honey off his hairs.
This is a stack of around 75 photos in total with 2x Lamps diffused and the 50mm Prime FD lens reversed onto some extension tubes. Stacked through Zerene Stacking Program Dmap.
He was quite a large size, 2cm so i didn't need much magnification, but he is, by far, the most colourful and hairy moth i have seen to date !
I also didn't have to add any vibrance to the photo, this is literally how colourful he is :D i might upload some more of his back, his leaf life camouflage is just superb !
Don't worry, he's still alive and sucking more honey before i let him go later...
Also, i think it is a Green Silver-lines Moth... not sure, Correct me if i am wrong :)
If anyone is interested, i am trying to get my Facebook fan page to 100, i am close, please visit me at www.facebook.com/pages/Francis-Priors-Macro-Photography/1...
thanks!
