An intensive 8 session program for public speaking.

A great time was had by all at the conclusion of the Everett Public Library's 2016 Summer Reading Program on August 30, 2016!

Artist Christopher Lutter-Gardella created the interactive exhibit Kaleidoscope, featuring a 30-foot monarch butterfly and 300 smaller butterflies. The goal was to "share the critical story about the decline of the monarch butterfly and other pollinators with the hope of educating guests on how they can make a difference to help address this situation."

Volunteers helped assemble the smaller butterflies using waste materials such as plastic spoons (eyes) and plastic bags (bodies).

My schedule has been super hectic for the past several months… Training people, coaching and mentoring, writing, and not to mention dealing with a 6-yr-old, which can be exhausting. And this past week, I felt compelled to take some time off resistance training. You may not think anything of it but when you are used to training 6-7 days a week at high intensity, it is a big deal.
