This week our chefs made giant marshmallow scarecrows and colored their own coconut (for straw) with food coloring. Of course you can't have a scarecrow without a rake, so they made rake cookies too. They smelled delicious. The most exciting part of class was learning how to make different colored icing by mixing various food colors!
