Desempeñó los cargos de director ejecutivo del programa nacional PAIS y de jefe del Comando Conjunto de las Fuerzas Armadas.
El vicealmirante AP (r) Jorge Ricardo Francisco Moscoso Flores juró esta tarde al cargo de ministro de Estado en el despacho de Defensa, ante el presidente de la República, MartÃn Vizcarra Cornejo, en una ceremonia realizada en Palacio de Gobierno.
Egresado de la Escuela Naval del Perú en 1979 con el grado de Bachiller y Licenciado en Ciencias MarÃtimas, el actual ministro de Defensa fue nombrado en el cargo mediante Resolución Suprema N° 116-2019, que lleva la firma del jefe de Estado y la rúbrica del presidente del Consejo de Ministros, Salvador del Solar Labarthe.
Con 41 años de servicios a la Marina de Guerra, Moscoso Flores es especialista en planificación y dirección estratégica operativa y administrativa, gestión de recursos humanos, sistema de presupuesto estatal y proyectos de inversión; y tiene amplia experiencia en formulación y gestión de polÃticas públicas, administración financiera y procesos de contrataciones en el paÃs y en el extranjero.
Hasta hoy ocupó el cargo de director ejecutivo del programa nacional Plataformas de Acción para la Inclusión Social (PAIS), del Ministerio de Desarrollo e Inclusión Social, desde el 26 mayo de 2017. Se desempeñó como jefe del Comando Conjunto de las Fuerzas Armadas entre enero de 2015 y diciembre de 2016.
Otros cargos que ocupó fueron director ejecutivo de PolÃtica y Estrategia del Ministerio de Defensa (2006), agregado naval y de Defensa en la Embajada del Perú en los Estados Unidos (2007-2008), subjefe del Estado Mayor General de la Marina (2009-2010), subjefe del Estado Mayor de la Comandancia General de Operaciones del PacÃfico (2011), comandante general de Operaciones de la AmazonÃa y Quinta Zona Naval (2012-2013) y director general de CapitanÃas y Guardacostas (2014).
Entre los estudios realizados destacan Guerra de Superficie (1983) y Armas de Superficie (1987) en la Escuela de Calificación; Curso Básico de Estado Mayor (1987) y Curso Comando y Estado Mayor (1993) en la Escuela Superior de Guerra Naval; MaestrÃa en EconomÃa (1993–1994) en la Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú; y Curso de Guerra Naval (2003) en la Escuela Superior de Guerra Naval.

A Prefeitura de Belo Horizonte mantém uma rede articulada com ações e programas que visam à proteção e a promoção e defesa dos direitos da mulher. Este trabalho é realizado a partir da Coordenadoria dos Direitos da Mulher (Comdim), órgão vinculado à Secretaria Municipal Adjunta de Direitos de Cidadania (SMADC) e desenvolvido por meio de parcerias com as redes de entidades ligadas às diferentes esferas do poder público, organizações não governamentais e movimentos organizados da sociedade civil, com o objetivo de promover e defender os direitos da mulher diante das diferentes formas de discriminação de gênero. As iniciativas coordenadas pela Comdim incluem oficinas e palestras de prevenção, realizadas em escolas e outros espaços públicos, que conscientizam a população sobre a importância do enfrentamento da violência doméstica e familiar.

Self-portrait of yours truly after being run through an earlier camera program ("BumpCam") and my latest camera program ("BlockCam"). BumpCam changed the colors, and BlockCam converted it to 3D.
The Soviet space program comprised the rocketry and space exploration programs conducted by the former Soviet Union (USSR) from the 1930s until its dissolution in 1991. Over its sixty-year history, this primarily classified military program was responsible for a number of pioneering accomplishments in space flight.
I also imagined a modern-day version: An episode of Law and Order - Deadlock Victims Unit where a profiler cracks the mystery.
Minister Jinny Sims visited BCIT to see what students in the BC Energy Step Code program are learning. Students in this program will have the future skills to work on projects outlined in the CleanBC Government Buildings Program, which aims to make many government buildings smarter and more energy efficient.

'The Eumenides' is the third play in Aeschylus’ great masterpiece, the tragic trilogy 'The Oresteia,' written more than 2,500 years ago. In response to the pleadings of his sister Electra and at the command of the god Apollo, Orestes has murdered his mother, Clytemnestra, who was wife and murderer of his father Agamemnon. As a consequence, Orestes finds himself tormented by the terrible Furies, hideous ancient goddesses of the underworld divinely charged with punishing blood murders. Guests follow the actors through Penn Museum’s third floor galleries.
Directed by Marcia Ferguson and featuring original music by composer Patrick Lamborn, this production is performed in collaboration with the University of Pennsylvania Theatre Arts Program’s Artistic Resident for 2016, Sebastienne Mundheim/White Box Theatre, who created the production design, with additional support from the Provost’s Interdisciplinary Arts fund.

The United States Air Force Band String Quartet held a special concert on May 8, 2016 for His Majesty King Norodom Sihamoni, Her Majesty Queen Mother Norodom Monineath Sihanouk, and other invited guests to commemorate a performance that took place on May 9, 1956 in Phnom Penh at the invitation of the late King Norodom Suramarit and Queen Sisowath Monivong Kossomak Nearireath Serei Watana.
Joined by two Cambodian artists, The United States Air Force Band String Quartet played a mix of American, European, and Cambodian music, including two pieces by King Sihanouk that premiered in 1956.
The musicians concluded the 60th Anniversary Concert with a special birthday message for HM King Norodom Sihamoni and a heart-warming encore performance of "Monika" in honor of HM Queen Mother Norodom Monineath Sihanouk.
