Procreate app.
15min a day project.
This is created with my learning method called "Pretend sketching" which I've just made up and I'm going to use it in my iPad Art Class next week. It'll be fun!

From life / observation
Skyping to London for the 10/5/13 JKPP Meetup. This is how it looked from here - wide angle tilted architecture, friends peering down but up through a little window on my computer screen, and my own face in an even tinier window.
This is a portrait for Julia Kay's Portrait Party (JKPP). If you're an artist, and you would like to engage with an active community of artists from all over the world through mutual portraiture, consider applying to join us at the party. Directly from my photo
I started this on my original iPad, then transferred it to the new iPad Air to finish. So what you see here is the difference in file size/resolution between the two devices!
I often come up with things the IT students can do in our digital art lessons that will make things easier to start off with. This one was make a robot from a series of boxes and, to make sure that it worked, I drew one first. Which is this. Drew it in Procreate, which is stupidly powerful and by far the most capable app on the iPad but one which has UI issues (IMO) which leave me with very mixed feelings. Its not the first app I tend to pick up but is when I want to test out a Bluetooth stylus.
Made on my iPad while demonstrating the Nomad brush stylus at MacWorld in San Francisco, 2013.
