I guess this is the first mini-comic I ever made? Other than the stuff you would make as a kid. It was after my first trip to SPX, and as you can see, it made quite the impression. It was also my take on the 24-hour comic challenge. You can see me arm wrestling with Scott McCloud in the last spread, but why am I shirtless?!?

Heres a little steamed up mirror on my desk on top of an anti-procrastination diary I've got going for doing work over the Christmas Holidays.

Me steaming up the mirror & putting in a smiley face is not quite anti-procrastination now is it?

"Procrastination creates problems"

When I need to do homework, I procrastinate by taking pictures.

One day, I will find a way to use this to my benefit.

Check it out larger.

Guess we put off moving the tractor a little too long.

I really don't feel like doing any school work, so in order to procrastinate I emptied my bag.

at it's absolute best.

i have to find "the good edits" for three chapters by tomorrow morn. sigh.

Lazy. Lazy. Lazy.

Trying my hardest to avoid Halloween chores. I still need to carve our pumpkin, change the lightbulbs outside, and clean up our front porch. Not to mention general cleaning of the rest of the house...and childcare responsibilities. Instead? I'm playing with my new remote. LOL.

ETA: When I first posted this I wasn't terribly fond of it. But the more I look at it, the more I really really like it.

I'm the Queen of Procrastinators, and typically I am a day late in uploading! However, it wasn't actually my fault this time as I had internet connection problems - the joys of living in the middle of the Spanish countryside and relying on dial up.

Normally I use photography to put off household chores, but due to the ineptness of Spains telephone system, yesterday I had to do chores as I couldn't "play" computors!

Negative Effects of Procrastination. What would happen if you really never got to the stuff you said you would do? What would be the result?

An investigative and exploratory hands-on gloves-off study into the practice of putting things 'off''. Sometimes the only way to get something done is to do two dozen other things first.

I'm working with a challenge of not taking action for fear of imperfections. Procrastination vs. just do something. Fear vs. acceptance.

I'm pretty pleased with how these pages came out. The prompt for my gluebook group was "red" -- and it's not one of the colors I automatically gravitate to when working on a project. I sorted through a bunch of magazine clippings...by the way, if you ever want awesome advertising & photos, go for something like a used Vogue magazine...tons of great stuff. Yes, I have a deep and abiding love of red shoes and stockings, so you see some of that here.

It's not done, but I wanted to post something this morning for my group. May add some more embellishment, and definitely will be adding some journal info.

The leaves are from that same tree I photographed the other day, but after the rain.
