Sorry that I've been neglecting flickr for a while now. Ever since the end of the 365 I've been busy between being a Waiter and my new second shooting / assisting job with a local wedding & portrait photog. My first wedding shoot was saturday and WHOA!, what a stressful, long, and nearly foodless day! It was SO much fun though! I can't wait until my next one!
We had a really nice day here, and my allergies finally calmed down, so I finally got a chance to go out and shoot for myself! (And also to have fun!) :-D
I broke out the 50 for the first time (prettymuch) since getting my 70-200 for a couple today! P.S. this is one. The 50 is such a fantastic little lens! The bokeh is more "fun" on the 50 since everything turns into bokeh balls, unlike my 70-200 where its superbly smooth. Is "superbly" even a word?
Wow this description has turned into a freaking blog post! I have been tossing around the idea of getting a blog... Whats the general consensus on that? It would be a photo driven blog, but not specifically a photoblog for now...

These old, ugly, dirty, and ancient sneakers have served me well. I've run in them every morning for a year, mowed an entire summer's worth of lawns, and prettymuch beat up these shoes beyond recognition. So much so at times I resorted to using duck tape to hold them together.
I've since bought a new pair, but haven't had the heart to throw them away. So they sit up on the shoe shelf in the garage and look cheeky.
