London prepares...scenes like this are becoming common around Team Robbo's contribution to the Cultural Olympiad at Hackney Wick, London. The round the clock police vigil ensures protection for the crew's latest pieces...all still under wraps behind the hoardings and rather rush - rush.

Glutinous rice is stuffed in bamboo, along with various meats and vegetables, depending on the customer's preferences, and cooked over a flame. The resulting dish is "soaked" with the sweet fragrance of bamboo and absolutely delicious.
