The streetscape was shot taken on Broome St (makes sense) in the SoHo historic district of Manhattan.
This was taken back in January at the lake. You can tell he has an announcement to make here. Tyler often had something to say! LOL ♥ Miss him and his sassy attitude.

This beautiful barred owl was preparing to leave when this image was taken.

Though the warblers are in full mating plumage, and they are relatively close to the camera, they will flit and flee just as the finger is about to depress the shutter button. When they assume the posture of the bird in the picture, they are almost gone into the underbrush. Hope you clicked the shutter :-)
I was ready for this Black-throated Green Warbler, and I like this "last second pose." In another few seconds, he was gone.
This fox sparrow flew up from its normal grounded hunting, then decided that the higher vantage didn't offer much, so it descended back to the ground. At Commonwealth Lake today.

One day I`ll get a photo of an empty hall...one day…*g
Looking out our sunroom window I was hoping to catch one of the Bluebirds perched in this tree, which is more and more becoming a familiar sight.
The other day I saw the female bringing back several earthworms to her hungry babies and thought that was simply amazing to see. I never expected to catch her bringing home this feast!
Took about a dozen pics and this was one the best because you can actually see what this is. A cicada!
