Typically, the plastic bottles used to hold portable water and other drinks are made from polyethylene terephthalate (PET), because the material is very strong and light. We manufacture all types, shapes & sizes of bottles. These all products are especially use for mineral water, carbonated soft drinks & edible oils. Regular PET plastic water bottles have maintained a reputation as safe, at least as far as human health is concerned. Also we do provide transparent & corrosion resisting plastics with high strength & smooth finish PET PREFORM. BAI KAKAJI range of preforms include especifically for mineral water, carbonated soft drinks, edible oils. We provide transparent, wear-resisting and corrosion-resisting plastics with high strength and smooth finish PET PREFORMS, it is widely used for PET bottles of mineral water, juice, edible oil, pharmaceuticals, etc. A remarkable transformation takes place when injection molded PET is stretched at the right temperatures and to the right extent. The long chains undergo strain-hardening and strain-induced crystallization, which gives the properly-made PET bottle exceptional clarity, resistance to internal pressure, uniform wall thickness, toughness, and a host of other features. To achieve these useful properties, we take care of choosing the right grade of resin, as well as the right process and parameters, and good molding practices.
SAFE: PET bottles will be tough and virtually unbreakable during production, storage and transportation. If they do fail, they split not shatter. Their high impact and tensile strength makes them ideal for carbonated products.
RECYCLABLE: Excellent environmental profile due to single material. Used PET bottles can be washed, granulated into flakes and reshaped as PET bottles or employed as material for strapping, carpeting, fiber filling, etc. Especially designed thick-wall bottles can be washed, refilled and reused. PET is made from the same three elements (carbon, oxygen, and hydrogen) as paper, and contains no toxic substances. When burned, it produces carbon dioxide gas and water, leaving no toxic residues. A remarkable transformation takes place when injection molded PET is stretched at the right temperatures and to the right extent. To achieve these useful properties, we take care of choosing the right grade of resin, as well as the right process and parameters and good molding practices. Also we do have our one more Polymer product i.e. Alaska water closure. We do provide colorfully decorated CAPS with the logo of that particular brand. Again we do provide CSD Closure which is mainly use for carbonated drinks. Closures are devices and techniques used to close or seal container such as a bottle, jug, jar, tube, can, etc. Closures can be a cap, cover. Many containers and packages require a means of closing. It can be a separate device or seal or sometimes an integral latch or lock. Depending on the contents and container, closures have several functions. We make it with highest quality & finishing. One more useful polymer is BT CAPS which also called bubble top cap & it is use for 20 ltr Jar which provide complete seal made from LOPE virgin material which easy to unlock. Our most salable product is PREFORM FOR WATER BOTTLES.
Alaska closure is three start finish single piece closure with bore seal & side seal designed for the Still Beverages for a longer period of time. With this we can protect our product. We use better quality plastics to manufacture. The caps have a stable size and geometric parameters. The surface of the cap has no traces of a divorce, which improves the aesthetic appearance of the cap and improves its quality. During production, the material lends itself to a lesser temperature and mechanical effect, which improves the quality of the cap. As compression moulding machine rotates continuously along with its rotating turrets, orientation and alignment of outgoing caps allows for the simple insertion of video cameras, feedback-connected to the machine itself which triggers the machine and the machine rejects the defective closures directly to the scrap bin.
Again we do provide CSD Closure which is mainly use for carbonated drinks. We make it with highest quality & finishing. It having a short neck & finishing with double lip liner sealing. Keep the container closed and the contents contained for the specified shelf life until time of opening. Provide a barrier to dirt, oxygen, moisture, etc. Control of permeation is critical to many types of products: foods, chemicals, etc. Keep the product secure from undesired premature opening. Provide a means of reclosing or reusing the container. Assist in dispensing and use of product
