Homemade Poutine

Although Sheep Station is an Australian bar, their menu still includes poutine, presumably as a nod to their colonial brothers in Canada. Or maybe just because it's delicious.

Yes. That's fries, cheese curd, and brown gravy. We also had some with bacon and some more with pulled pork. We all had pop. Yes, pop. From "The Pop Shoppe." Mine was orange.

go to Quebec, order poutine; go to Gaspe, order it with lobster, and bisque for gravy. Completement FOU!

Important note: they know what a real poutine is, so they get this absolutely correct. I wish I had though to ask for a second egg.
