My first secret post.
I was inspired by all of the people in the Post Secret group who relentlessly expressed their emotions, whether it be on the surface or extremely deep...
It's no secret that I'm a large woman. It hasn't hindered my success as far as I know however, I truly believe that I could be happier without all of this weight. I'm trying to get down to the bottom of why I choose to live this way. For the past 4 months, weight loss has been on my brain more than ever. I feel like it's time. It has to be.

Edward Street Park and student accommodation
It's all about verticals!

A pair of carved Yorkstone posts to mark the entrance to Edward Street Park, Sheffield. The subtle form of the entrance features is based on a pair of parentheses/brackets and the intricate pattern is made up of a repeated asterisk. Bronze asterisk studs have been installed in throughout the park. These symbols give a nod to the old Stevenson Blake Type Foundry which once occupied the lower end of Edward Street Park.

Material – Yorkstone and Cast Bronze
While the general population are no longer sending Christmas cards in the same quantities as before, children are still writing letters to Santa.
Our local post office has helpfully provided a Santa approved post box for them to use.
Taken shortly after 5am, on the way home from a night shoot on the Isle of Lewis. Lighting was a mix of moonlight, emerging daylight and LED torch (no added colours).
From Wikipedia: Balallan (Scottish Gaelic: Baile Ailein, sometimes spelt "Bail' Ailein", meaning "Allan's Town") has the distinction of being the longest village (4 miles measured from end to end) in Lewis (and also in northern Scotland).

England at the World Showcase, Epcot center, Disney World.
I took this shot after the illuminations (fireworks) show at the Epcot center. I waited until most of the crowd left but still had people walking through my photos. This is why I love long exposures. The photobombers are nowhere to be seen!
7 exposure HDR processed in Lightroom and the Nik apps. I purposely wanted to give it a sort of magical looks. After all, it IS Disney right?

Finally developed the first roll of Astrum 200.
Loving the results so far and as a plus the film dries so flat that is very easy to scan.
I'm going to order some more.
