this is me. i'm having a bit of a southern redneck moment here.... outside the laundromat at 2am after we finished shooting. feeling a little greasy & hungover. shoulda found a screaming baby to let run circles around me. y'know, just for authenticity.
thanks to liz for taking this. i did the photoshop work for color tone. something about laundromats makes me feel all undersaturated & weird in my stomach. and itchy. so, so very itchy. especially on my feet.

The retro white frame stands out better when you view large on black
gravity is not strong
however can hold whole water

Not a typical sunny shot....however this really captures the cold winter morning mood at FRA. With a 5am wakeup call, this was captured from an excellent Zeppelinheim spotting spot at 7:03am as NMB285 makes way to the gate inbound non-stop from Windhoek's Hosea Kutao Int'l.
One in a series of three images of my three daughters. The photos were taken at a 1923 farmhouse in Missouri; sepia added just the right feel!
Did post processing in Adobe Lightroom.

Yet another of my through the viewfinder experiments (and it's of my favorite stop sign this time).
Photographed with a Canon Digital Rebel through a Kodak Duaflex.
I post processed this in Canon Digital Photo Professional to increase saturation and contrast.
Many people asked me how I do this, so I've put up a tutorial on my blog if you're interested in learning how to do this with Lightroom 4.
There is no HDR used here or Photoshop. Everything is done with adjustments in Lightroom.
