Kim has had a lot of adventures in her life and a lot of things have happen to her over the years. One of the biggest was when she was fighting Dr. Drakken. He was tired of constantly losing to a girl, so he invented a ray to change Kim into a boy just to help his ego. Kim tracked him down and in the process of trying to figure out what he was up to she was hit by the ray. Surprisingly enough to everyone it didn't seem to work and after a fight she defeated Dr. Drakken and Shego along with destroying the ray and the hideout. It wasn't until that night when something actually happened, but not the result Drakken was going for. She changed, but just a little, into a herm not a boy. Freaking out, her parents tried to help, but couldn't do anything for her. She spent a little time attempting to track down Dr. Drakken, but in the process she actually started to enjoy the new her. Keeping her change a secret, but only for a little while. Sharing with Bonnie, and Monique, and even Shego. Her and Ron broke up, but remained friends. lt really wasn't to hard for him to move on since he was on the football team and could say he dated Kim. Now she is older and still out saving the world, though she is on her own now on the front lines. Wade still has her tech support covered and she manages to have her fun whenever she can.

Catherine of Aragon also first took shelter here.

from the London County Council Survey of London, Volume XXII published in 1950:

“The name Cardinal’s Hat (or Cap), for a house on the site of the present No. 49 Bankside, and for the narrow alley which runs down beside it, dates from at least the time of Elizabeth and perhaps earlier. The suggestion that it was named in compliment to Cardinal Beaufort is attractive but untenable, for Beaufort died in 1447, and the original Cardinal’s Hat was not built till many years later.

The site was described in 1470 as “a void piece of ground”. It is possible that it was named after Cardinal Wolsey who was Bishop of Winchester from 1529-30, although no buildings are mentioned in a sale of the site from John Merston, fishmonger, to Thomas Tailloure, fishmonger in 1533. Stowe lists the Cardinal’s Hat as one of the Stewhouses but he may possibly have been mistaken, including it only because it was one of the more prominent inns on Bankside in his day.

It is shown in the Token Book for 1593 as in occupation of John Raven and as one of a group of houses which in the book for 1588 is described as “Mr. Broker’s Rentes”. Hugh Browker, later the owner of the Manor of Paris Garden, was in possession of ground there in 1579 and it seems likely that he was responsible for the formation of Cardinal’s Cap Alley if not for the building of the original house.

Thomas Mansfield was the tenant of the inn when Edward Alleyn dined there with the “vestrye men” of St. Saviour’s parish in December 1617.

A few years later John Taylor, the water poet makes reference to having supper with “the players” at the Cardinal’s Hat on Bankside. Milchisedeck Fritter, brewer, who tenanted the house from 1627 to 1674 issued a halfpenny token. He was assessed for seven hearths in the hearth tax rolls.

The freehold was sold by Thomas Browker to Thomas Hudson in 1667. The later died in 1688 leaving his “messuages on Bankside” to his sister Mary Greene, with reversion to his great nieces Mary and Sarah Bruce. It was at about this date that the older part of the present house was built. During the 18th century it was bought by the Sells family who both owned and occupied it until 1830. in 1841 Edward Sells of Grove Lane, Camberwell, bequeathed his freehold messauge and yard and stables, being No. 49 Bankside, then in the tenure of George Holditch, merchant, to his son, Vincent Sells. The house is now owned by Major Malcolm Munthe. It has previously been occupied by Anna Lee, the actress.”

It is most possible that this Sunset will be the Best One, I will see in my life time:)

The BC government is providing more funding to BC Transit to significantly increase handyDART service hours in Kamloops, benefitting persons with disabilities and seniors.

Kamloops will receive an extra 2,000 hours of handyDART service annually. Throughout BC, the provincial funding lift of $12.7 million over three years will go toward increasing transit services, with a focus on expanded door-to-door handyDART services in targeted communities, adding an extra 8,000 hours of handyDART services each year.

Do you know which dolls do these accessories belong to?

The Alentejo region of Portugal is mainly rolling farmland, dotted with olive trees, vineyards and cork trees.

I liked the way the sun was hitting the hillside, with the clouds bringing rain in the distance, so I stopped the car and took this shot from a farm track.

Possible location of former footbridge over the watercourse adjacent to the south side of the footpath at the eastern end of the community orchard, Woodland walk, Greenlands, Blackpool. If you crossed this bridge there was a short cut footpath through the horse field to Bensons Bridge. Friday 22 January 2021

ABANDONED FOOTPATH AND BRIDGE IN THE WOODLAND WALK, GREENLANDS / CARLETON, BLACKPOOL

For most of the walk from the end of Holyoake Avenue to Moor Park Avenue via Greenlands and Low Moor, Carleton there is a watercourse (flowing south to north) on the right hand side adjacent to or near the footpath. This watercourse appears to have originated at least from farmland south of the railway line where Chorley Road and Westfield Avenue are now located and I think probably a lot further south than that (Marton Mere?).

In 1866 a section of the original Higher Moor Road was abandoned and replaced by a diverted section over the new Bensons railway bridge before it re-joined the original road again (where the horse field gate is now located) for the approach to the front of Higher Moor Farm. This 1866 diversion route would have taken longer to walk along than the original route therefore a short cut footpath was soon established along with a second footbridge over the watercourse to the west of the diversion route, this shortcut took you directly to the rear of Higher Moor Farm.

As the farm developed and old buildings were demolished, extended or new buildings were built along with the farmhouse boundary being moved several times this short cut footpath eventually abandoned (by 1930). Today it is quite difficult to see exactly where the footbridge was located the only possible clue could a short section of the banks of the watercourse have wooden blocks inserted in them although I personally think the bridge was around 10 yards east of that point and that the blocks are to help stabilise the banks of the watercourse.

There are also two mysterious small brick structures on the north side of today’s footpath at the eastern end of the community orchard in the position where the footpath probably would have crossed the watercourse and approached the farm. These two brick structures are now fenced off to keep walkers away from them so presumably there is some risk of danger regarding them. I have no idea what they were could they have been two bases for a structure mounted on top of them or are they old drainage pits or old water pumps/wells for the farm?

Returning to the watercourse originally it flowed through to the River Wyre at Stanah via Churchtown (Bispham), Anchorsholme, Thornton (Marsh Mill) and Trunnah to Stanah. It is doubtful that this is the case today as over the years with housing expansion the watercourse would have culverted or diverted and in more recent years just simply filled in which is why so many properties and gardens now get flooded especially in heavy rain as the water is still below the ground and needs to escape somewhere.

um outro futuro é possível.

série de estampas desenvolvidas para a Redley, que tem a preservação do planeta como tema desde sua criação.

Is it possible to fall in love with a virtual mate? In Second Life, couples prove that theory on a regular basis. They do fall in love. Sometimes, it lasts and sometimes it doesn't.

Those that last are a remarkable group of couples. They are remarkable both in SL and RL where the divorce rate matches the break-ups in SL!

My partner, Xavier and I enjoy SL very much. We dance, we explore, we network, we chill, we love and we have a blast doing silly things.

So many places offer romantic areas such as ballrooms, chill zones and explorations. Here are some of our favorites...

Avilion Ballroom is a special favorite of mine. It's where I first danced with my first crush... and now I dance here with my partner. Recently, renovated, the Avilion offers a beautiful place to romance each other.

Phatland is another. More jazz music than Avilion, Phat's is a sophisticated club for couples. Beautifully built, we seem to frequent this place a lot.

Another great ballroom venue is Frank's Place. A lot of avies hang out here, so do prepare for a bit of lag. I suggest that you arrive early so that you can grab a spot on the dance floor.

A smaller club that we frequent regularly is the MMAC Jazz Link. Every week, DJ VJ Shojo spins an eclectic set of jazz and indie tunes. Very chill and very romantic little jazz club. Dash Renoir is the perfect host there.

Then there's the beautiful Ballroom">Palace, where grand is an understatement. We usually arrive to a nearly empty place dancing alone in our own world. Very romantic.

But, the most grand of all is a recent discovery. Tempura Island and Ballroom is the epitome of a lover's paradise. Grand and magnificent, the ballroom is done in gold gilt, with a beautiful ceiling and wall textures. The stairs leading to the ballroom and castle are simple but ever so opulent. This is an LM that I have sent to all my friends! LOL!

And we still frequent the clubs that offer a place for us. A place where we can be a couple without the drama that other places bring...

We hit Dorian Gray for DJ Barbs set and Xavier set off his JMD particle hud for a romantic interlude on the dance floor. So fun!

A big thanks to DJ Dint Talon for an awesome night over at IPR365 Milky Way Entertainment complex's K-Lounge. OMG, we had a blast! DJ Dint was spinning an incredible set of jungle, tribal, trance... you name it, he was spinning it! We stayed until the end!

We also went to Bogart's Cafe which is kinda a ballroom and kinda a lounge setting. You can dress in ballroom or cocktail dress there. We often go in between clubbing for a quick ballroom dance to lovely jazz music.

We usually stop off at Spanish DJ Sonar Halsey's Future Club. It is always psy heaven there! And BassLine Island for some hardcore tunes to get the blood pumping. Both are fun clubs for couples to hang at and dance.

And when we explore, we always seem to find the cutest places such as Midnight City for NBC's romantic dinner club, Rainbow Room Dining and the Italian pizza place that reminds me of North Beach in San Francisco!

The other night, Xavi took me to NOAA, the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration's build featuring an interactive floor of of the entire world's atmosphere! Wow! This from the US Department of Commerce!

And, when we chill at home we can be silly and set off our particles and dance or pull all our emotes and gestures for hours of silliness.

Couples in Second Life are just like couples in real life. They play, they love, they emote real emotions towards each other... and as best friends, they share the best of Second Life together.

This is a photograph from the annual BHAA Government Services/Social Protection Group's 5 Mile Road Race took place on Tuesday 27th May 2013 at 20:00 in Dunboyne, Co. Meath, Ireland. The course is a fast flat course which begins on the Dunboyne-Maynooth Road between the two entrances to Dunboyne Castle Estate. The race then proceeds in an anti-clockwise direction back to the Dunboyne Athletic Club on the Rooske Road in Dunboyne. The race reaches higher standards with every passing year. Paul Gorey and his team of volunteers must be given great credit for putting on such a wonderful race event. Thanks are also extended to Dunboyne Athletic Club, the BHAA, and the local community who all make this possible.

This photograph is part of a large set of photographs taken at the finish line area of the race. There are also some races of the buildup and the start of the race. The full set is available at www.flickr.com/photos/peterm7/sets/72157644466844507/

Overall Race Summary

Participants: There were approximately 500 participants .

Weather: A bright sunny evening with little breeze

Course: This course is fully left handed with very little in the way of inclines. Good road surface. These are nice narrow country roads with shelter provided by mature hedgerows. This year the race finished with 3/4 of a lap of the Dunboyne AC track.

Refreshments: Lots and lots as is the tradition with BHAA Events - served outside the scouts hall at the track.

I ran in the race - but my photograph doesn't appear here in your Flickr set! What gives?

As mentioned above we take these photographs as a hobby and as a voluntary contribution to the running community in Ireland. Very often we have actually ran in the same race and then switched to photographer mode after we finished the race. Consequently, we feel that we have no obligations to capture a photograph of every participant in the race. However, we do try our very best to capture as many participants as possible. But this is sometimes not possible for a variety of reasons:

►You were hidden behind another participant as you passed our camera

►Weather or lighting conditions meant that we had some photographs with blurry content which we did not upload to our Flickr set

►There were too many people - some races attract thousands of participants and as amateur photographs we cannot hope to capture photographs of everyone

►We simply missed you - sorry about that - we did our best!

You can email us petermooney78 AT gmail DOT com to enquire if we have a photograph of you which didn't make the final Flickr selection for the race. But we cannot promise that there will be photograph there. As alternatives we advise you to contact the race organisers to enquire if there were (1) other photographs taking photographs at the race event or if (2) there were professional commercial sports photographers taking photographs which might have some photographs of you available for purchase. You might find some links for further information above.

Don't like your photograph here?

That's OK! We understand!

If, for any reason, you are not happy or comfortable with your picture appearing here in this photoset on Flickr then please email us at petermooney78 AT gmail DOT com and we will remove it as soon as possible. We give careful consideration to each photograph before uploading.

This is a photograph from the Craughwell AC Marathon and Half Marathon which took place in the village of Craughwell, Co. Galway, Ireland on Saturday 14th December 2013 at 09:300. Craughwell AC organised this initially as a marathon event but then also allowed any Athletics Ireland affiliated club runners to take part in a half-marathon time trail race event on the same course. There was also an option of one loop of the course for new members of Craughwell AC as an opportunity for them to take part in their first race event. Overall this was a very well organised event. The course was very accurately marked and stewarded. Everyone who helped at Craughwell AC who made the event possible should be extended the highest of praise. The weather conspired against the event but this doesn't take away from the professional way that the club went about the whole day. This event follows on from the very successful summer version of this event which took place in August 2013 (link to photographs below) and as one would expect experienced very different weather conditions.

This photograph is part of a larger set of photographs which we captured on the day. These can be accessed using the link www.flickr.com/photos/peterm7/sets/72157638663897546/. These photographs are mostly from the first two loops of both races today.

Race Day Information<

Weather: The weather turned out to be a worst-case scenario. There was heavy gusting southerly winds and heavy rain for the entire during of the race. A weather front had moved in from the Atlantic over the night and positioned itself over the West of Ireland. This made conditions very tough for competitors in all of the events as it was very difficult to stay warm and not too wet in the conditions.

Course Description:

The course comprised of repeats of a 5KM looped course which started and finished outside of the Community Center in Craughwell Village. The loop was a right-handed clockwise loop. The only deviation from this was the addition of a turn-around point at just after half-way on the loop to accomodate for the need to make up an additional 2KM for the marathon distance (and 1KM for the half marathon). The route turned right back onto the main-street of Craughwell village and up the well known hill in the street. There was a water station provided at the start and finish area. And additional water station was available just after the turn-around point on the course. The course was opened to traffic but overall the volume of trafffic was low.

Refreshments: There was a wonderful spread of refreshments in the Community hall afterwards. Refreshments were provided from members of the Craughwell AC club who baked cakes, buns, etc. The coffee and tea was a very welcome sight for everyone who ran the course today.

Gives it a bit more of a modern feel.

Urinary tract infection or UTI is very common among women, you will be surprised to know that around one in two women suffers from UTI. Whereas, one in 20 men get UTI in their lifetime. It is only because of UTI that we are always advised to follow clean and healthy measures while using the washroom. The main reason behind this is because of the urethra, which is located close to the anus. It is the perfect position for the bacteria, such as E. coli to easily escape anus and attack the urethra. If the infection is not being treated on time it can even reach up to the bladder and then gradually infect the kidneys. Women are commonly affected by UTI because they have a shorter urethra and that allows the bacteria to quickly reach the bladder. But how can you identify UTI? To identify UTI, check for these symptoms – • Burning sensation while urinating • Frequent urge to urinate • Pressure in the lower abdomen • Dark, bloody or even cloudy urine • Strange smell from urine • Having a high fever. Home remedies for UTI If you think that taking antibiotic is the last option that you have then you are wrong. There are a number of home remedies that can cure UTI. A peculiar Nematoceran fly with very long legs and very small wings. It appears to have claspers at the end of it abdomen, making it a male. Despite the reduced size of its wings, the fly was able to hover well enough that it was difficult to photograph.

The two knobs immediately behind the front wings are modified hind wings called halteres. All winged flies have halteres, setting them apart from other insect orders. In flight, halteres vibrate and function as stabilizers.

Bluestar Optare Solo 2633 (T633AJT) coasts down Lyndhurst High Street while working the 1156 from Lymington to Southampton on 20 April 2011. Here a shutter speed of 1/125 sec, made possible by the slow traffic speed, has captured the LED display.

Possible 'boy' afghan turned into a gift for a baby girl. And actually pattern - in Crochet Today! - called for flowers all along.

We've been wanting to do this custom clothing set for the longest time. Finally, we found found the best possible references to make this deceivingly simple suit as accurate as we can to the actual clothing and gear Neo used in the film.

Thanks for viewing and we hope you enjoy the photos as much as we had fun shooting them.

A first color film with my Zorki 1 type D (year 1955) and its normal lens Industar-22 1:3.5 f=5cm in Lyon, France, January 18 and 19, 2023

The Zorki was loaded with a 36-exposure Fujifilm Superia X-Tra 400 exposed for 400 ISO.

For this film the Industar-22 lens was equipped with a 36mm push-on "1A" (likely the so-called "Skylight") filter and unknown brand (not FOCA) and a generic metal cylindric shade hood.

Expositions were determined using a Minolta Autometer III with a 10° finder for selective measurements privileging the shadow areas. The possible slight absorption of the 1A filter was not corrected.

Rue du Bon Pasteur et Esplanade des Pierres Plantées, January 18, 2023

69001 Lyon

France

After exposure, the film was processed by a local lab service using the C-41 process.

The film was then digitalized using a Sony A7 body adapted to a Minolta Auto Bellows III and a Minolta Slide Duplicator using a lens Minolta Bellow Macro Rokkor 50mm f/3.5 at a reproduction ratio of 1:1. The reproduced RAW files obtained were processed in LR prior the the final JPEG editions.

All views of the film are presented in the dedicated album either in the printed framed versions and unframed full-size jpeg.

About the camera and the lens:

This camera is a practically mint sample of Zorki 1 arrived to me in Lyon, France, January 10, 2023.

The camera looked exiting from the KMZ factory in USSR almost 70 years later spent in a time capsule ... with almost no traces of use. According to a custom receipt of July 28, 1955, signed in Vienna, Austria, the camera body and lens are the original matched ones. As for the original FED, FED-Zorki and Zorki's ("ФЭД", "ФЭД-Зоркий", „Зоркий“), the Zorki 1 was a straight legal copy of the Oskar Barnack Leica II after the cancelation of German camera patents following the end of WWII.

This Zorki 1 is a type D model PM1115 (year 1955 according sovietcams.com/index7584.html). Type D Zorki's were produced from 1953 to 1955 in about 250.000 units with serial numbers ranging from #470.000 to (in 1955) #55 45.000. The original lens of this Zorki units is an collapsible lens Industar-22 1:3.5 f=5cm.

In the rear pocket of the ever-ready leather bag was deposited the custom receipt and a film label of Agfa negative-color CN17 likely from the 60's.

"Everything should be made as simple as possible, but not simpler." -- Albert Einstein

Our first savory pie of the month.

A word about puff pastry. A big part of the fun in food preparation for me is doing as much as possible from scratch. Bread, mayonnaise, yogurt.. these are things from the kitchen, not the store. My pantry and freezer are full of summer produce I have canned or frozen for winter use. Even Pievember was born from my desire to learn how to make a decent crust. I can't always pull off the "from scratch" lifestyle, but I do my best (mostly for my own amusement).

Now puff pastry. Done right, it takes several days. After each step, the dough spends a night in the fridge. I've done this, but three days of waiting around (and planning that far ahead, for that matter) is kind of a drag.

Long story short, turns out it is easy to cheat by simply reducing each of those overnight rests to about 20 minutes. Traditionally accurate? No. The act of a purist? Certainly not. But you know what? This traditional British pie was ready to eat in two hours and turned out great. And I didn't buy prepackaged puff pastry.

And eyes everywhere roll in unison.

RECIPE

Crust (Quick Puff Pastry)

2c flour

2 sticks frozen butter

3/4 c ice water

pinch salt

Filling

1 1/2 lb beef, cubed

1 yellow onion, diced

2 large carrots, chopped

2 turnips, chopped

2 yukon gold potatoes, peeled and cubed

1/2 c sliced mushrooms

1 bottle beer

1 c broth (beef or chicken)

1/2 c cold water

1/4 c corn starch

Salt and Pepper

To prepare puff pastry, cut butter into half inch cubes. mix well butter, salt and flour in a mixing bowl. Add water and blend into a loose dough. Shape into a cube and roll on a well-floured surface into a 16x16 square. fold in thirds, turn and fold into thirds once again. wrap in saran wrap and refrigerate 20 minutes. Repeat this process twice more before rolling out again to top pie.

For filling, put a little oil in a large saucepan and cook onions at medium heat until soft. Add beef to pan and cook until brown on all sides. Drain fat and mix beef/onion and prepared vegetables in a 2qt ceramic or glass casserole dish.

Pour a little beer into pot to deglaze. Add beer (I used a Brooklyn Oktoberfest) and broth to pot and bring to simmer.

mix 1/2 c water and 1/4 c corn starch together to create a slurry and add to pot.

Continue cooking, whisking constantly until thick. Pour over beef and vegetable mix.

Seal the pie with puff pastry and cut a few slits to ventilate. Brush with egg wash.

Cook in 375 degree oven 45 minutes or until brown. Let cool 10 minutes before serving.

This is a photograph from the 35th Michael Manning Memorial "Dunshaughlin 10KM" Road Race and Fun Run which took place in Dunshaughlin, Co. Meath, Ireland on Saturday 21st June 2014 at 19:30. This race is widely acknowledged in the running community as one of the best races in Ireland. It is also one of the oldest 10KM races in Ireland. The numbers for this race have exceeded expectations year on year for the past number of years. In 2008 a record field of 306 took to the start line but by 2012 this number had more than doubled with 647 runners taking part. The starting numbers in 2013 topped this again at 668. Then this year the numbers rocketed to a new record of 883. Who knows but this race could reach 1,000 entrants next year. The work of the organising committee must be commended on making this event possible. The Dunshaughlin 10KM has earned it's place at the top of the pedestal of Irish running through the sheer hard work of Dunshaughlin AC over the years. Well done to all.

We have an extensive set of photographs from the race tonight taken at the 1 mile mark and then at the 400M and 600M to go mark. The full set is available at: www.flickr.com/photos/peterm7/sets/72157645329098733/

We use Creative Commons Licensing for these photographs

We use the Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike License for all our photographs here in this photograph set. What does this mean in reality?

The explaination is very simple.

Attribution- anyone using our photographs gives us an appropriate credit for it. This ensures that people aren't taking our photographs and passing them off as their own. This usually just mean putting a link to our photographs somewhere on your website, blog, or Facebook where other people can see it.

ShareAlike – anyone can use these photographs, and make changes if they like, or incorporate them into a bigger project, but they must make those changes available back to the community under the same terms.

Creative Commons aims to encourage creative sharing. See some examples of Creative Commons photographs on Flickr: www.flickr.com/creativecommons/

I want to tell people about these great photographs!

Great! Thank you! The best link to spread the word around is probably http://www.flickr.com/peterm7/sets

January fashion shows have a long history in Jablonec nad Nisou. As has now become the norm, the beginning of next year will also be marked in this town, which is associated with costume jewelry production, by the prestigious cultural event known as “Made in Jablonec 2017”. This year, the event will include the secondary title “Glamorous Day”.

The event provides regional costume jewellery companies and applied arts secondary schools with an opportunity to present their art.

Whereas last year the fashion designers expressed the moods of all the seasons in their designs under the theme of “4 seasons”, this year their rampant imaginations had to be squeezed into a single “Glamorous Day”, which was the theme of Made in Jablonec 2017. The event took place on Thursday 12.1.2017. The fashion symbolised wonder, splendour and elegance throughout an entire day from morning to evening on all possible occasions. The show started in light morning underwear, dressed in daywear for business and leisure occasions and then presented the special sub–theme of “My crazy fashion trip”. Captivating fashion models for small and grand evenings were then paraded along the catwalk before the day was completed with nightwear. Three of the displayed pieces were presented by PRECIOSA ORNELA, including the hand painted silk dress entitled Silky Mist.
