This session was a nightmare- I usually do all natural light but when I arrived at the home that was to quote " be so bright and airy" I was met with the darkest, dreariest house ever! Some of it was the weather, the huge oak tree that shaded the whole house but most of it was the old home with little windows.
So please dont judge hehe! I had to break out the speedlite for the first time ever!
I upped the exposure in LR- a lot! Zoomed in and cropped.
I then tried to get rid of the magneta in his skin by upping the green and ended up masking quite a bit. I used MCP's crackle on his eyes only, used MCP's skin action selectively on his skin and viola- not too bad. I still need to run Noiseware on it but other than that its done.
Here is an older picture taken with the D800 at the Servion Zoo. The male Syrian bear just had a bath and is drying and posing on a stone!
Favorite dress so far. It has little hearts all over the trim! She's a big one, too. I hadn't noticed her necklace fell off until after I'd taken the picture. Oops.
In Windham. Today is a gorgeous day for ski. very sunny and a lot of snow accumulated in the past week. I wish I could get a panning shot today. Just couldn't find a way to bring the big camera to blue or diamond trails. need a downhill backpack now ...
This photograph was made at the 2011 Oranje Art & Musical festival in Indianapolis and was held in a former industrial building.
These two ladies and a bevy of other beauties were part of Bombshell Photography and posed for pictures with people at the festival. Their booth was quite popular.
Last fox picture for now, this is my fave one even if I like the other ones.
Taken at the Wildpark Langenberg, in the region of Zürich.
First time using my background stand and backdrops. Shot in my relatively small living room.
My girlfriend was kind enough to model for me.
Lighting setup: 30" umbrella camera right-high, silver reflector camera-left with on-camera flash bounced off reflector and used to trigger the umbrella-strobe.
I softened it a bit too much in post processing. :(
