Posada (Sardinian: Pasada) is a municipality in the Province of Nuoro in the Italian region Sardinia. The ancient part of the town is situated on the top of a hill with ruins of a castle named Castello della Fava and a square panoramic tower from the 13th century.

La Posada Hotel, Winslow, Arizona.
Like most businesses, La Posada likes to show off its famous customers. The most famous, in addition to having their photo hanging on a wall, get a room named for them. Most were seriously famous, such as presidents, war heroes, and legendary movie stars. Our room, however (which was one of the highest-priced) was named for a present day stand-up comedian who is probably known by everybody except me; his Wikipedia article is here. (No, it isn't Jerry Seinfeld.)

Around the grounds of La Posada Hotel in Winslow, Arizona, April 2017. Built in 1930, La Posada is one of the last of a series of hotel-depot complexes built across the Southwestern United States in a collaboration between Fred Harvey and the Atchison, Topeka and Santa Fe Railway. The hotel was closed in 1957, turned into offices, and later abandoned. Bought in 1997 to save it, it was substantially restored to reopen as a historic hotel and restaurant complex.
