Around the grounds of La Posada Hotel in Winslow, Arizona, April 2017. Built in 1930, La Posada is one of the last of a series of hotel-depot complexes built across the Southwestern United States in a collaboration between Fred Harvey and the Atchison, Topeka and Santa Fe Railway. The hotel was closed in 1957, turned into offices, and later abandoned. Bought in 1997 to save it, it was substantially restored to reopen as a historic hotel and restaurant complex.
Like an oasis in the desert, the La Posada Hotel in Winslow, Arizona is a grand retreat in the middle of a somewhat sad little town. Rather that retell it's fascinating history, you can read about it here.

The Fiume di Posada rises from the Lago di Torpe and flows north of the village of the same name towards the coast and about 6 km away into the Mediterranean Sea. At low tide, however, this inlet is blocked by a sandbank, so that the end of the river becomes the lake.
In the background you can see the Monte Albo, with 1.127 m one of the highest mountains in this region.
