Misty morning on the River Exe at Topsham.
Unfortunately the tide was on the way out, so all the boats are pointing upstream, will have to hope for similar conditions on a rising tide for another go at some time.
I have been keeping an eye on this little guy. He obviously is a victim of a cat attack.
He was on my porch eating bread so I was able to take some pics through the patio door.

We start the week with this bonkers, but rather glorious ad for Bronco Toilet Paper, from a time when advertising copywriters were more robust in their approach!
B-59 has found a version of this ad "in situ" in a 1935 issue of Radio Stars magazine This would seem to suggest the 1930s as a plausible date/range for this cloacopapyrological image....

Stepped aside to let some people by on a narrow footpath, and watched as they knocked this poor wasp beetle clean off onto the ground (thankfully they didn't then tread on him!). So I picked him up and popped him back on the flowers!

Once again just so as you know we are not an item this is all just theater, an illusion to confuse the observer when in publicand that it does very well.
Poor 43299 must be ashamed at having 'Vermin' splashed across it`s sides. It is photographed passing Marholm, near Peterborough on 30th September, leading 1E11 Aberdeen-Kings Cross.
The photo I took before Roden fell over and damaged his faceup. That is why the face is blury in the photo, it was the first and only photo. It still looks good though.
It happened a few weeks ago and I was heart broken. He got a scratch to his cheek, eye brow and nose. I am just glad it was only his faceup. I can fix that.
I will be sending him to get his faceup fixed next year some time when Bunnyforever is back to her faceups. Until then he will sit in my display cabinet like nothing happened.
This old tug, The Gary, has seen better days. It's been sitting in this little marina on Lake Guntersville for a long time. I chose to do this in sepia to convey a little of the age and dilapidation of this old workhorse.

A good LEGO friend of mine just happened to have a spare Kevin Hinkle minifigure, and decided to give it to me. The other personalised minifigures weren't too pleased, though.
In memory of those from all over the world who have given their lives serving their country particularly those in recent times. Special thoughts for their families and those caught up in strife today. May there be peaceful solutions.

she is in desperate need of some TLC. Spotted this in a garage not far from my house. By the looks of the weeds it has not been taken out for quite a while.
Northland New Zealand. A visit to the Poor Knights on the weekend. Blue Maomao and trevally on the wall of the Northern Arch. I can see these islands from my house :-)
Looking at all the offerings in the temple but couldn't reach, and was then played by the local kids.......
