I used Google Skymaps to find Polaris and this was the one and only long exposure I got last night. The battery died during it but it still came out awesome!
The Polaris RZR is a sport side-by-side produced by Polaris Industries and is often used for Military as well as civilian use. There is of course a place in the Matchbox line for such vehicles though due to their small size this casting is a notorious peg warmer. Minimal use of metal gives it a very lightweight feel and is no doubt a joy for mean Mattel accountants, its definitely not a model I actively seek out but due to buying both 2024 Case F and G i've ended up with a small amount of its latest recolour.

Ursa Minor with Polaris, left below; and Cassiopeia, the W shape which makes an M shape here, right top. The stars seem to be rotating around Polaris, the Norht Star, as this time exposure is recorded from latitudes near Multan at Shorkot.
The rear entrance to the Barnes & Noble bookstore at the new, outdoor part of the Polaris Mall just North of Columbus, OH. there's a view of the front on here somewhere as well...
I had been wanting to spend some time learning how to create circumpolars and how to process them correctly.
I have been experimenting with these shots of the 2021 Perseid meteor shower. These pictures were not taken with the purpose of being used for a circumpolar so some startrails are burnt and do not have the color I would like.
I'm still getting familiar with this new workflow and learning how to process this kind of shots correctly but I'm pretty happy with my first try!
Now I only think about going out at night and being able to continue practicing with more photos like this!
