I'm so sad. Polar bear 'Swimmer" died saturday 21 march 2009. I made these shots one day before. She was only 4 months old.

It's beautiful to see a polar bear swim. To see how their fur moves in the water. I even saw strands of hair floating in the water left behind.

We saw some polar bears at the zoo today

Schoolchildren watch as a Polar Bear dives along the glass walled tank. The bears really enjoy the children but pay little attention to the adults.
