Yukio the Polar Bear

We did a behind the scenes tour of the Artic and got to see one of the polar bears holding areas. This is Klondike. The keeper was standing up above him and trying to get him to play with a toy that he was swinging down. Klondike wasn't in the mood, but he did come up to the window - very exciting!

Polar Bear

One of my favorites that I've taken of the polar bears.

Newest addition to The Toledo Zoo. He weighs about 55 lbs. at this point, but once he is full grown he will be about 1500 lbs. The other bear is his mother, Crystal
