133rd Westminster Dog Show
New York, New York
File Name: DSC_6780
Group: Sporting
Breed: Pointer
Stagecoach Hants & Surrey 34629 (GX54 DVW) waits to depart Farnborough Princes Mead on a 2, while Fleet Buzz 34371 (LV52 HGJ) lays over during the hour's lunch break on the 41 (which results in a two hour gap in service).
Dart J18 crosses Headley Heath on a 516 to Epsom.
The picture is not what it seems as a bus travelling in this direction would normally be coming from Epsom. However, during the closure of Pebble Hill, buses are running from Dorking via the A24 to the Leatherhead bypass and double running from Headley Heath to Boxhill.
Ignore the rather interesting routing shown on Traveline - it is totally inaccurate. The actual route is much less interesting.
Abellio Surrey 8452 (RD02 BJZ) pauses at West Molsey Central Square while on a 461 bound for St Peter's Hospital, in place of one of the Pegasus Darts allocated to the route.
Central Square, West Molsey, Surrey.
Arriva Buses Wales 807 - Dennis Dart SLF 9.3m / Plaxton Pointer 2 S877 SNB - is seen operating shuttle route S1/10S to Southsea, Rollers Arms. This free route should be operating for up to three months whilst works take place on the Talwrn Road and service 10/11 will no longer serve Southsea as a result.
Until recently 7553 (R553 ABA) has been used displaying 'Not in Service' but this display has been added to the list as number 100.
Had some fun taking shots in the last bit of sunshine coming through the window. Makes Jiggs look... moody?
Dennis Dart SLF T468EGT was new to Richmond, Epsom, and came to Stagecoach from Eastbourne buses in December 2008
Bee Dog (who, according to his owners, is scared of cameras so i was glad to get this shot of him), 19th Annual Tompkins Square Halloween Dog Parade, October 25th, 2009, New York City.

I was waiting for Stagecoach Hants & Surrey 34854 (GX06 DXC) to come down the road on the 400, and just as it started to move, Arriva Kent & Surrey 3110 (T110 LKK) came flying round its back end on the 37. It stopped and let the 400 go, so I just about managed this shot before 3110 was hidden from view again.
I guess there won't be many more months where Arriva Darts and the 400 co-exist.
Commercial Road, Guildford, Surrey.
