POD 156 - My son noticed these flowers on our walk around the pond near the house. It was dusk, and they caught the remaining light. I emphasized the contrast in post-processing.

Copper wire "seed pod" constructed with recycled wire, seed beads and a woven New Zealand flax flower on the inside. A lovely combination of the new and the old, the organic and inorganic.
We were light on our dresses currently, so we condensed them back into their 3 pods and made this 4th pod a intimates pod with soft pants, kimono's and cami's.
I remember doing this with my Gran when I was really little. Now I'm doing it with my mum and my kids. There's nothing better for allowing you time to have a good gossip!

ALL PHOTOS WERE TAKEN USING A PROFESSIONAL VIDEO CAMERA (Cannon XH-A1s) WHICH HAS "FULL-FRAME" Abilities, Iris Control (F-Stop), Shutter Speed, etc. But has a VERY BROAD D.O.F. area, so it's difficult to achieve a sharp Focus.
in order to separate the Background from the Subject, I had to be in FULL ZOOM (Optical only, I don't use digital Zoom) which lowers the amount of Light allowed into the Lens, which may explain the "Grainy" Effect in Low-Light shots.
But in Full Sun, I like to take advantage of the light with a Fast Shutter speed in order to capture Photos of Bees W/O Blur.
