FIRMA CONVENIO TSJP CON AYUNTAMIENTO DE TEPEACA PARA INSTALAR UN JUZGADO MUNICIPAL

Fortaleceer y acercar la administraciĂłn de justicia a los municipios en Puebla, el Magistrado Presidente del Tribunal Superior de Justicia, Roberto Flores Toledano firmĂł un convenio con el Alcalde de Tepeaca de Negrete, Isauro C. RendĂłn Vargas, para la instalaciĂłn de un juzgado municipal en esa localidad.
Uno de los objetivos de la conformaciĂłn de los Juzgados Municipales es avanzar en la imparticiĂłn de justicia, un sistema moderno en beneficio de los que menos tienen y que las controversias legales se resuelvan en su misma localidad, sin necesidad de que las personas se trasladen a la cabecera distrital, donde se ubican los Juzgados de Primera Instancia.
Con estas acciones se da cumplimiento con lo establecido en la Ley OrgĂĄnica del Poder Judicial del Estado, que entrĂł en vigor el primero de enero de 2013, en el que los municipios del estado cuenten con un juzgado de esta naturaleza.
En el convenio se establece que el Ayuntamiento se compromete a proporcionar el espacio fĂsico necesario para establecer las oficinas del Juzgado Municipal de Tepeaca de Negrete.
El Tribunal Superior de Justicia capacitarĂĄ a los servidores pĂșblicos del Juzgado Municipal en Materia Civil y Penal, a travĂ©s de los programas diseñados por el Instituto de Estudios Judiciales del Poder Judicial.

Lily Jude has truly become a little person.
There is that time when a baby takes on a personality of her own. Her reactions to those things around become unique in such a wonderful way.
It has been over a month since I have seen Lily and it was such a wonderful treat to get to spend a little bit of time with the Hudocks today. I watched Lily explore everything around and I can honestly say that I could spend hour upon hour just watching her.
The Universe is a source of fascination for Lily right now. It would be a wonder to see the World through her eyes. Perhaps, it is a way of seeing the World from which many of us could learn.

Sometimes work isn't work at all.
I had two photo assignments today. The first was to shoot headshots and portraits for my friend, Stephanie. Hopefully they will be helpful in her pursuit of one of her passions, acting. Sometimes the road that we choose is bumpy and unpredictable in places. Much of the time, it is character that keeps one from ending up in the ditch on the side of this road. I whole-heartedly believe that Stephanie has picked the right path for herself and it brings me satisfaction to feel that perhaps I've helped just a little bit.
I'm terribly exhausted from the tasks of the day, but "work", it was not.
This is the neighbors tree, which partly hangs over our pool. This wasn't an autumn picture, but a spring picture of all the millions of "helicopter" maple seeds that will soon fall in our pool. This is probably the heaviest the seed coverage has ever been. You can see the maple tree next to it has almost nothing by comparison.
