View from my doorstep. These are 8 man rooms. They got us piled on top of each other in bunk beds. Not a very comfortable living situation. 7 other dudes in one room and hygiene standards vary from anal to none at all.

This is my new mp3 player. It was a gift from Paul for my birthday. It is pretty nifty, because there is an option so it will appear as a USB mass storage device. So you can drag and drop your songs. This is important, because I do not like using proprietary software that tries to sell me things.
It is easy to use. But there are some firmware issues with it. Occasionally you must do a hard reset to it, as the power button is a software shut off. I wish I didn't have to do this, but not so much that I wish I had a different player.

Poder Judicial y CAIP signan convenio en materia de transparencia y acceso a la información

• El acceso a la información, es un derecho humano básico para el mejoramiento de una conciencia ciudadana: RFT
“El Poder Judicial del Estado renueva su compromiso con la legalidad y la transparencia”, señaló el Magistrado Presidente Roberto Flores Toledano, durante la firma de convenio que estableció con la Comisión para el Acceso a la Información Pública y Protección de Datos Personales (CAIP).
El acuerdo tiene el objetivo de promover la capacitación de los servidores públicos en materia de acceso a la información y protección de datos personales, así como jurisprudencias.
“Desde el Poder Judicial el binomio de la legalidad y la transparencia atacan directamente uno de los flagelos que más aquejan a nuestra sociedad, la corrupción”, puntualizó el titular del Tribunal Superior de Justicia.
Flores Toledano, destacó que el Poder Judicial actualmente es más visible, abierto hacia la opinión pública y profesional, en busca de la construcción de caminos de diálogo.
Por su parte, el Comisionado Presidente de la CAIP, José Luis Javier Fregoso Sánchez, señaló que pretenden vincular una corresponsabilidad entre el Poder Judicial y la CAIP, lo que permitirá la promoción del derecho ciudadano y la difusión del mismo.
Fregoso Sánchez, dijo que con este acuerdo no sólo se establecen compromisos de participación, sino que confluyen derecho, obligaciones y participación ciudadana.
Con estas acciones el Poder Judicial del Estado de Puebla se actualiza y consolida una administración de justicia incluyente, transparente y de calidad.
