Aunque parezca un duelo de inmortales,son los amazing Gaiteros del Somontano... Bien, no es bastante dura la farándula como para meterse en el jardín del recreacinismo. En fín: El marco era incomparable ( Loarre, ya sabeis... Escenario del Reino de los cielos, Orlando Bloom, y todo eso... )
Y la experiencia resultó interesante...
Las gafas de sol y cualquier otro anacronismo se homologó por motivos de salud pública... Caía el sol como lanzas...
Por si os lo preguntáis, el que disparaba no iba ni remotamente más digno ;-))

For our Camera Club Challenge 2: Colour.
Latin Name: Pulsatilla vulgaris - Pasque Flower
During our current lock-down situation my camera usage is in and around my garden. This shows some of the purple Pasque Flowers planted in the dog grate (see previous upload in first comment box below).
Taken with my Canon EOS 7D and Canon EF 18-135mm f/3.5-5.6 IS USM Lens and framed in Photoshop.

A different capture on a different plant of the flowers of this new Geum in our garden. A hardy perennial, it flowers every year. Like people, they may be the same 'clan' but they are all different.
Geums are familiar favourites in herbaceous borders, although they also work well in larger rock gardens, developing into mounds of neat, dense foliage. They need a little space for their flowers, which tend to be produced on long, spreading stems.
Geum ‘Mrs J Bradshaw’ produces semi-double red flowers, in contrast with fresh green foliage, from June to September.

The day began with an experience in Qushogy: an official showed me pictures on his phone, taken with a drone. The pictures showed me and the car. Photography was not permitted, he said, meaning he was exercising his right to control access to the property, and that was the end of my activity. I drove off, grabbed a coffee before Nurinsk, and then waited at a viewpoint near the entrance to a landfill. This picture was taken later.
Don't be afraid of people in big cars!

The Word Porcupine Means 'Thorn Pig'
The English word for porcupines can be traced back about 600 years, when the animal was known as "porke despyne." The North American porcupine can live for 23 years and can have as many as 30,000 quills. Contrary to a longstanding myth, porcupines cannot eject their quills like arrows. Baby porcupines are known as porcupettes. They are born with soft, bendable quills that begin to harden within a few days after they are born.
