Asthma and plaster dust are not good bedfellows. I had the delux dust mask on most of the weekend, but it was especially key as we took the wall down. Plaster dust just hands in the air.

The Gladding McBean factory in Lincoln, CA has been "green" long before the term was invented.
According to both of our tour guides, virtually nothing goes to waste. To cite one example, on the second floor of the factory, holes in the wood floors are patched with enormous saw blades. Outside in the yard, the white substance in the background consists of destroyed Plaster of Paris molds that is awaiting shipment to a factory that produces sheet rock.
Jing gave me these super cool plasters for Christmas. This picture is a little over due though hahahha. Been really busy lately cos of school ://
