These are heads I made from plaster and then painted them with acrylic paints.

former Orwell Works, Duke Street, Ipswich

Orwell Works was the main factory of Ransomes, for decades Ipswich's biggest employer. My grandfather worked here in the 1930s. The firm finally closed in the 1980s. The site is now a car park, but the exterior wall survives, as well as one or two intriguing details of years gone by.

An old plaster on wood mirror I got for $6.99 It was originally gold, but someone had hit it with gold paint and it was very uneven so I went ahead with the Navajo White. It's really pretty with the wheat motif, I was surprised it survived without any big chunks gettting broken off.

Mixed up some hydrocal from a very old and forgotten project. Put in some food coloring. Red, yellow, green and blue.

Hydrocal is high strength plaster of paris.

Wanted to use it with rubber paintball, but tried a few on pellets.

Kind of cool. Couldn't decide which was better, so here are both.
