MKB 5./503 Nordberg or Nordberg fort is a former coastal artillery combat facility in the Norwegian Navy, which was located on Lista in Farsund municipality. The fort is one of the few German coastal forts that has been preserved in its original form. It is protected and owned and managed by Vest-Agder County Municipality. In 2009, a new museum building was opened at Nordberg fort, with a café, shop and prehistoric exhibition.

The sun was shining onto a display of metallic gift bags causing these reflections in a stack of plastic storage boxes.
Today is the eight day of a 30 day challenge. The objective is to shoot one shot per day on subject matter provided by the local camera club.
Today's subject matter is, "an item of cutlery".

Did this for Photography. I was going for a bit of a child's theme and luckily for me, I'm a manchild so I have all the necessities. I would share some of the photos, but I'm feeling lazy and if I linked you guys the tumblr page, I'd reveal my secret identity soooo...
Uhmm, but we still have no idea where we are or where we're going.
Yeah, but who's gonna stop us now?
Rivers, ravines, dog walkers...
Dog walkers?
Yup. Stupid bunch who consider everything as a potential threat for their nice little doggo. 'But he just wants to play!' - and eat plasic toys. I hate dogwalkers!
And dogs!
And cats. And kids. And people.
Especially people. Good thing we have a tank.
So where are we going?
Dunno. Maybe we should ask somebody.
One of those we hate?
Damn.

This is something I've bever expected to see on my stream. When I made that Lindybeige at Bovington picture I wrote that it would be my first and last tank I'd ever build. I was wrong. Watching the Tank Museums Youtube Channel for years still makes me a pacifist, but sometimes even a pacifist needs to have the bigger gun so that some stupid looney doesn't invade your country.

Not gonna lie, I'm really not down with what's happening in the States right now - from all the police violence & regressing to the 1900's....
Black Lives & Women's Rights Matter people!
Well, I'm home...back from my trip to Colorado and here I am posting the very last photo I took. This was taken from the kitchen window of our cabin in Big Bear. The first time I'd seen rain since I left California, two weeks earlier. Thanks to the terrible drought, much of Colorado was looking like high desert with so much sage popping up where tall green grass usually grows. I just hope that the jet stream sent this much needed moisture east to my second favorite state.
