Pixie Haircuts Fine Hair 2018-2019

C started out with hair down past her shoulders and long grown out bangs. On her I did an extreme asymmetric style. Pixie on one side, shattered bob on the other. I coloured her hair with a combination of Matrix colours, including a number of pre-lightened slices tucked underneath the long side for a hit of extra drama.

Today's Cosplay features Lala Dawn Cosplay as Steampunk Pixie from the X-Men.

You can see more of her gorgeous eyes and wonderful cosplay on her facebook page at: www.facebook.com/LalaDawn.Love

I was also on the roof {cleaning out the gutters} when Pixie decided to do some snooping. It pays to have a camera on you at all times !

I found this pixie dressed all in black at the bottom of the garden. Had to bring her inside and take some pictures. Couldn’t possibly leave her outside in the cold

The results are in I like the 2nd hair cut considering I have had 2 cuts in less then 2 weeks... 1st one I hated this one looks good but hopefully I can style it once I wash it and not get fustrated....gonna buy me some bedhead or something to style it... #pixiecut #shorthairstillsexy #may2014 #bedhead #feelinggood #haircut #nextneedtocolor #lovemyjourney #newme

Happy New Year everyone!

If I'm going to start the new year at all, I'm going to start it creatively. I've been toying with the idea of a 365 for a while, but knowing myself far too well I have a feeling it won't get finished. Thats not very positive thinking, starting the new year. I know I can do it, but life gets in the way sometimes so I'm going to attempt it and see where it gets me. I love the idea of having a year of a body of work showcased on my flickr to see how much I've grown in my craft. The fact that I'm starting on day one of 2015 makes me want to finish this project with all that I have. So for now, lets call it a 365, at least for the month of January ;).

The " Pixie Crown is #2/3 crowns created within the realm of the 2014 ' Artful Gathering" with the pixie elf herself, Tobi Briton.

It was created with silver pipe cleaneres, rhinestones, beads and vintage brooch...Such a magical class.

I haven't told much about Electra since I got here because she was kind of the 'odd one out' in my doll family. But now that her brother is here, I figured it was time to tell a little bit about both of them.

They are pixies. Very odd ones. Electra was accidentally summoned by Persephone and the two became friends if only because they are both creepy weird little girls. Mischa came along looking for his sister, but she didn't want to leave, so now here they both are.

They're both very mysterious, and very very old. Nobody really knows anything about them. Mischa is even more mysterious than his little sister.

A couple of weeks ago I posted a story on Instagram featuring the Cornish Pixie from the new Harry Potter sets, asking whether people thought it was cute or creepy. I was leaning towards creepy, but two-thirds of those who responded thought it was cute.

Anyway, Simon sends me a note saying it needs to be a mech. First thought that popped into my head was “That’s your area of expertise”. That would have been the end of that. Instead, I said, “Challenge accepted”.

So, here is my first (and probably last) attempt at a LEGO mech.

Pixie Cut em minha cliente Letícia Dutra

Anaheim, California. Mom took this photo of us leaving the motel, with my Dad in the driver's seat of our '51 Chrysler. This motel was across the street from Disneyland. Unwittingly, my mother, sister and I stayed at the same motel ten years later. It had changed names by then.

Not the greatest particle effects, but I shot some glitter and sampled it in photoshop, then made a brush out of it. Norman 200B camera left with large photoflex softbox. canon 430 Ex2 camera right in small photoflex softbox for hair. cactus v4 trigger

While I was running this night time bracket of the Pixie Hollow entrance, the music and light interlude came on. I thought I was going to have to re-shoot it but the varying lights and colors worked perfectly! I couldn't have planned it better.

It has been lovely sunny today and yesterday. Pixie found herself a good spot to bask in the sun.

My little Pixie wrote a letter to Santa, asking if he could turn her into a butterfly, because she felt a little like a caterpillar. She was very sad because she’s a TBL and some people said ugly things about her, considered inferior, while they talked about how Takaras looked so nice like butterflies.

Last night, Santa left a present for Pixie when she was sleeping, with a note that said: “Pixie, I’m sorry, but I can’t turn you into a butterfly! I can’t, because you already are like a nice butterfly. Don’t listen to those who say that things about you, because they are just jealous of your beauty, my dear. Anyway, I brought this nice hat for you, that will turn you into the queen of butterflies!”.

You can’t realize how happy she was when she found the little box with the hat and the note in the morning!! She was so excited that she made me forget about my own presents I had received, and run with her to the street to take some pictures of it!!

19/52 - 52 Weeks of Blythe 2011

Thank you so much Melly Kay for my sweet Pixie!! She's so much more magical than I even imagined! I love her!! xoxo

Pesky Pixies! Got a shot of a fly agaric the other week and it had a large space next to it that was crying out for a beastie of some type. So I overlayed a photo of Bella and tried a wee bit of blending and erasing and low and behold, The pixie hunter! Although she is more adept at catching frogs and cabbage whites :o)

Pixie Mops (Petrophile linearis). In this photo, you can see why members of this genus are often called conebushes. Lesueur National Park, near Jurien Bay, Western Australia.
