Pixel's nickname is "The Princess" - because she is. LOL. She doesn't like to be made to do stuff, and can be prissy about water, mud, etc. Unless of course it was her idea. ;)
She is not a big swimmer- but loves fetch. It's a realy big decision for her each throw if it's worth it or not. In this case it was worth it and she swam out like a good little corgi to get the stick.

WTB: Pixels!
Was taking an evening stroll yesterday and was surprised by a fox staring at me from a nearby field. Even if I had my 200mm lens it was a serious shortage of pixels! No way I could sneak closer, as Lotta was about to spot the fox too... so I called her in and simultaneously tried to get a picture!. The fox has been spotted several times, and hopefully I will have the camera and be at a closer range next time!
In fact it was lucky moment in more than one way as I had noticed the lovely light from the sun setting, and went back to fetch my camera! Tried to get a few snaps and catching the golden rays. Of course the very same minute I got outside with my camera clouds appeared and pretty much trashed the pictures I had envisaged. Still the fox saved the day :D
