My work setup (I'll make a pic when I get home to).
Left is my crappy old Inspiron (which we built here at work from 2 half working ones) that has mostly short attention span stuff on it (browser, email, twitter, IM, etc). Right is a Power Mac from ages ago (again, built from a lot of parts out of half functioning Macs, lol).
Should get a picture of the machine's casing, looks like Frankenstein's creation. The mac is actually the file holder for all the work documents and I can use the laptop all around the building to work on.
Backstory: I work as a Guidance Counselor / Office Manager at a social project in which kids aged 15 - 25 that dropped out of normal school / work get trained to work with computers and learn the basics of "working" (being on time, keeping promises, etc, etc).They work and learn assembly, repairing, software, networking, etc and eventually go back to school / work again.
Both machines run on Ubuntu (Fiesty). We use Ubuntu here cause it's free and easy. Repaired PC's go on to second lives (like the laptop and Power Mac I'm using for office stuff now). Usually they end up with people that can't afford a high end PC, schools, volunteer organizations and some third world countries :)

Loan Wolf Games – comprising BSc Computer and Video Games graduates Luke Harrison, Toby Rushton, Thomas McParland, Martin Cosens and Ashley Hayes – won the main award, sponsored by Channel 4, after taking on competitors from universities and art colleges across the world in the Dare to be Digital game design competition held at the University of Abertay Dundee.

O que dizer desse esmalte bafhônico, a não ser que ele é a coisa mais linda do mundo?! Geeenteee ele tem muito cara de gringo! Incrível! Uma pena eu ter tirado uma foto rápida desse lindo durante a viagem que fiz, pois estava sem tempo turistando. XD Gostaria de ter mostrado a cor mais fiel dele e de ter captado os glitters tbm, mas não rolou. Aí quando voltei para casa ele já estava descascando! :/ Mas pelo menos valeu o registro, pois uma lindeza dessas não poderia passar despercebida por minha galeria aqui do Flickr!
O que me deixa triste é saber que a única empresa nacional que lançou esmaltes perfeitos não existe mais!!! Buuuuáááá... Eita mundo injusto esse! :(((((

Bought macro tubes. This is a macro shot of my laptop screen. (An Acer) Lens was sitting on the screen. I like the pixels are clearly 3 seperate colours. I'd love to know what the square at the top of each bar is.. Look at it on full size..

The original comes from my slide collection, amassed over the past 40+ years. They are a combination of my own photographs and ones collected from around the world during those years.
I created this Photostream in 2017 for the purpose of holding my slide collection as an archive. I believe this is a better place than boxes and binders.
